Tech guy called prior to arrival time. He was on time and got straight to work. He was polite and explained what he did to fix my fridge. I had already been given an estimate over the phone and actual cost right on. Price was reasonable.

Mr. Juan was very attentive and arrived promptly within the timeframe he told me. He explained what the problem was with my refrigerator and showed me where it was and how he was going to fix it. He was very personable and experienced. He saved me the huge expense of a new refrigerator and his price was very reasonable. He even called back the same evening to make sure it was functioning. Juan was very knowledgeable and professional. When I hired him, I gave him the model number of the dryer. When he called to schedule he asked what the issue was on the dryer, and came prepared with parts. He was able diagnose the issue and fix on the spot, He showed us the worn parts and fixed for a honest price. Will definitely call again in the future. Thank you again Juan.

Juan came the same day, called as soon as he received my request , and arrived at the time he promised. He explained his service call if I to not give him the job would be $40. He recognized and explained the problem was the refrigerator drain, fixed in in 30 minutes. He had the equipment necessary to fix the problem. He was polite, accommodated my need to clean under the refrigerator. I would hire him again to fix any of my appliances. His price was reasonable and he accepted a personal check. He said the repair had a 30 day guarantee. Note I had preciously called Sears to repair this Kenmore refrigerator and was told their service charge was $169. When I told him the fridge was over 10 years old, he informed me it wouldnâ t be worthwhile to come because I probably would end up needing a new refrigerator.

Came quickly was good at communicating

Juan was professional, punctual, explained the issue with my refrigerator freezing (thermostat stopped working). He gave me a price quote for approval to pick up the replacement part and said he would be back within two maybe three hours. He returned within two hours and had the replacement part installed within 10 minutes. He explained to me what the issue was and showed me what he replaced. He also informed me he repairs dishwashers, washer and dryers and most kitchen appliances. Very satisfied with Juan's professional service.
