Juan provided same day on-time service-confirming travel and repair time. He readily explained the repair, causes and prevention all while repairing the thermal fuse in about ten minutes. We got a great price and 3 months warranty for Whirlpool part and labor. The dryer works! Call Juan. We're glad we did!

Most importantly, one Walker, the owner of the business kept his word on when he was going to come out here. He already purchased the replacement part, original equipment from General electric, for my oven. The whole repair took less than 15 minutes and save me the cost of a new oven, nearly $3,000. The new part is even better and more well built than the old part. What more could you ask for.
