He had to go behind a repair guy that I used a couple of years ago, who in turn did not do the work correctly and is why my refrigerator broke down. Juan is a true professional. New right away what was needed and where to get the part needed.

Juan was extremely professional. He responded in a short time and quickly identified the issue. He left to pick up the necessary part and was back within an hour. Juan quickly repaired our refrigerator. You definitely should hire Juan if you want quality work!

Paid $214.00 after discount. Repairman was very friendly. He went to fridge and we emptied it. He took off the cover and showed me t was frozen over. He then said I needed a new sensor and left for 3 hrs. I defrosted it with blow dryer while he was gone. When he returned, it took 10 minutes to replace the $24 sensor. I feel the charge was excessive. $24 sensor 20 minutes work.cost $214.00 but I guess that’s what the going rate is.

After initial contact I was told technician would arrive within an hour & it was 20 minutes. He immediately diagnosed the problem & got to fixing it & leaking problem was resolved. Juan was very personable & explained things as he went. I will call him again if I have other appliance issues.
