Juan went above and beyond, coming to our apartment on a Saturday evening. He found the problem and had it fixed in about 10 minutes.

He came out same day and repaired our freezer on the spot! Was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely calling him again for any other appliance needs.

Great customer service; fast and friendly. Juan let me know every step of the way what he was going to do. Showed me the authentic part still in the package that was used to fix the repair on my washing machine and the damage to the old part that was removed which caused the need for the repair. My washing machine is working like brand new!!

Fast, efficient and super friendly

I would have liked to have received a receipt upon completion instead of several days later. And a more detailed receipt would have been appreciated.
