Confirmed previous technician's diagnosis, but offered to repair rather than advise to purchase a totally new refrigerator/ freezer as the other guy did. Part readily available. Shown part as new and in sealed box with part ID tag in place. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in work ethic. Strongly recommend. Warranty provided within manufacturer limitations and labor warrantied as well. Appliance in complete working condition within hours of repair as predicted.

Juan was very responsive and knowledgeable. He was able to come the same day that I put in the request. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my freezer. He not only repaired it, he explained what was wrong, and took the time to show me in detail what had happened with the old part. He also called a few hours later to make sure that the freezer was working correctly again.

Immediately called after I inquired about my broken oven. Came the very next day. Between the assessment and getting and the replacement part and installing it was done within just a few hours. Super fast and friendly service!

Expedient response from the owner. He responded to initial request via email and phone calls promptly. He was able to schedule the next day. He answers his calls and/or will immediately return your call. I called him later in the afternoon to cancel because I thought we had fixed my leak in my Samsung French door refrigerator. He told me to check for water under the drawer. I found water. He explained most likely it was not fixed based on his experience with the problem. I agreed to keep an appointment. Day of the appointment he was delayed with a call prior to mine. He called and asked if he could show up an hour later. He promptly showed up in time. He was efficient and went the extra mile to fix our problems. He explained as he went along and showed us what the issues were. He had the necessary parts with him and got it up and running in less than two hours. His price was appropriate. I honestly have not had such a pleasant and expedient experience with an appliance repair. My only negative feedback is that he only fixes refrigerators. He is a very pleasant and patient professional.

Texas Appliance Repair came to repair my clothes dryer & the Repairman arrived in about an hour, & promptly repaired my dryer. He was very knowledgable, friendly and explained in detail what was wrong with my dryer & what he did to repair it.

The repairman explained very well what the job entailed. He made sure the washer worked correctly before he left.

Juan came the next morning when I called & fixed the problem the same day. He even came back later in the evening to make sure the new compressor he had replaced was working.
