I called after hours in the hopes of making a next day appointment because by refrigerator stopped cooling. Juan offered to head over right away anyway, identified and repaired the problem in less than 30 minutes! He explained everything and told me what to keep my eye on in case the same problem occurred again. I highly recommend him.

Juan kept in touch about his arrival time and got here on time. He explained the problem with our microwave and fixed it quickly. We will definitely call him if (when!) we need any more repairs and we will recommend him to others any chance we get

Juan contacted me ASAP and accommodated me that day. Unfortunately, the ultimate problem was not a part he had with him which led to a return the next day. He worked really hard trying to resolve the problem before ultimately determining it was something a little more serious. He did return the next day and successfully solve the problem with the needed part. Although this part was *quite costly* (almost $500 for a new compressor), I felt Juan did his best to try and reduce the overall cost of the repair job in order to assist me. Juan also assured me he would come back at no-charge if anything went wrong with my refrigerator/freezer. He verbalized this (I would have preferred seeing it in writing) , but I feel I can trust Juan.

We hired Juan before and that experience was good. Things went south when the dryer broke down again and we called him to come check it. When he came the 2nd time, he failed to properly diagnose the issue, all he did was turn the dryer on and told my husband the issue was due to the dryer vent. He referred a company which we called immediately and had the dryer vent cleaned. Once the vent was cleaned, the issue with the dryer continued. If he had actually done a good job and opened up the dryer to properly diagnose, we wouldn?t still be dealing with this issue months later. We called him after we cleaned the vent and told him the dryer was still having the same issue. He mentioned he was ill and referred us to someone who never responded. On Monday I submitted a new service request and he called me immediately, initially he claimed he didn?t remember and that he hadn?t serviced our dryer before. He finally ?recalled? and text me he would try to get us on his schedule. It?s now Wednesday, I?ve called and text multiple times and have not received a response.

Our Maytag dryer was squeaking when it was running and it finally broke the belt. I emailed Angi for help and they sent me 4 repair guys to choose from. One of the contractors was Texas Appliance Repair and I called him. He said he could be at my house in an hour and a half. When he got here he opened up the dryer, diagnosed the problem and had the work completed in 30 min. I would absolutely call this guy again if I needed more work done around my home.

Juan was very knowledgeable and honest when it came to having our refrigerator fixed. Easy to get ahold of and followed up after the job was complete. I would recommend him!

Juan was very thorough and gave several recommendations that helped me understand more on how washers work. He also advised me to get a newer washer since it would of costed me about the same to get it repaired. When I did purchase another washer he actually came by to help deliver it to the 3rd floor.
