Juan was very prompt and explained as he went on with the repair for the dryer. He then provided information about how to prevent it from happening again.

I needed a repair on our Whirpool Water Dispenser. Juan was prompt in his arrival time. He made a suggestion about how to possibly avoid this situation in the future, which I appreciated. He finished the job as expected and was upfront with his pricing. Even better, he uses on authorized factory parts for repair, which I was glad to see considering the amount we paid for the appliance. Thank you!

Very good work and super friendly. They did lose half a star because they only offer OEM parts so it was a little pricey. I will scalp them for my next issue regardless.

Juan did a great job of fixing our dryer in a minimum amount of time. Juan showed up when he said he would, and he worked with us and charged a very reasonable amount.

He got it done in less than 2 hours, same day service

He was 3 hours late, spent 10 minutes in my home, 5 of which was in my bathroom. He didn't fix my machine, he told me it was broken and to buy a new one. That the circuit broad was fried, but actually it was in a safe mode, cause the machine floater wasn't put back in. My little brother cleaned and put a o-ring in, and it works great now. Doesn't know GE dishwashers.

He was able to give me same day service. Said he would be at my house between 4&5. He was here at 4:05. He Diagnosed the problem. Realized he did not have the part to fix it. So he left to pick up the part he needed and was back by 5:15 and had the job completed at 6:00.
