Juan came right away to look at my washer. He was able to tell me and show me the issues. He gave me a quote on replacement parts and labor. I felt it was a reasonable price. He went and picked up genuine parts and came back to complete the job. Juan is super special. He explained everything, making me feel comfortable. I would give Juan a 12 out of 10.

Vendor was quick to respond, even on the weekend. Came by on Sunday, diagnosed the issue, bought the part and completed the repair in 20 minutes.

Technician was at my house within 45 minutes after I called him. He diagnosed the problem a repaired it immediately without any BS; i.e., no parts were needed for the job and had the repair done within 30 minutes and at a fair price. Assertiveness, honesty, integrity and a good work ethic seems to be a rarity these days but, not with this technician. I highly recommend!
