Second time I’ve used this business for repairs and both times have been really good experiences.

The Tech. Juan was very professional and Polite. He responded very quickly and diagnosed and explained the problem. He had the part in stock on his truck. The repairs were made very quickly. Cost was reasonable. I will use Texas Appliance repair for future repair calls.

Arrived same day as called. The owner himself came out, diagnosed the problem, got the needed part and quickly repaired the appliance. Excellent service and customer rapport. A small bit pricey, but this is the company to use. I would highly recommend them. VERY SATISFIED.

Juan responded quickly, important since our problem was in a motorcoach and we were only in the area for a week. When he came, even though we pretty well knew what the problem was, he checked for other possible sources. I hired him for washer repair. He came later than expected. Did text me that he was still coming. That was o.k. We explained what we have been dealing with for the past 3 weeks. Told him, he was not the first. He did a quick test. Gave advice. Then told us to video the problem next time it occurs and email it to him. I had expected to solve my problem, not retest. Job is still pending. Test was done with water, no clothes. He did call to ask about a test with small load of clothes. But, we had already said that when cold, the washer works but then it doesn't spin well after a while. Tired of this. Will not call him again.

I will hire him again....Highly competent, very honest, and the price and the price was right!
