Juan was the first person that came to look at the range. He looked at the range and automatically said it was the computer board. purchased it installed it and it did not work. I called him and let him know that the part did not work, he said that it was defective, but he would ask his brother for advise because he did not work on Samsung items. Obviously he did not know what to do. I got a call from Mike with Allstate Appliance and he came buy same day. He was very knowledgeable. He came the next day repaired it. Very happy with him.

Juan Walherl is fantastic. Our dryer had multiple issues. Juan it them quickly a little more than 2 hours. The cost was very reasonable. I now have my phone cell ready for when we need to get Juan .

They came on a holiday weekend, late on a Saturday to fix my fridge so I was very appreciative. They were on time and very helpful!

He came on a holiday weekend when we had just returned from a 3 week trip. I had two suitcases full of dirty laundry and a broken washer!! He fixed the problem the same day. He was very professional and went out of his way to help us.
