Response time was prompt. Provided service next morning on a Saturday. Juan was very friendly and provided good service. The only part needed was a $15 pulley, so labor seemed a bit pricey to me. The service call of $40 is very reasonable, but he made up for it with the labor cost. He did full repair in a little over an hour so labor cost was about $200/hour.

Pretty expensive service/labor fees for a 20 minute wire replacement.

Juan saw immediately that I the temps too low causing icing. He took it apart and checked the parts. Looks like I won't have to replace it.

Juan has a great personality and has the clients interest in mind when working for you. He is friendly, courteous and professional. He did an incredible job fixing my washing machine which is an 80’s model Maytag. He identified the problem and replaced the part very quickly. I will recommend him to everyone.

The technician was quick to respond and came out and immediately fixed the problem, however, in less than a year the dryer was broken again. I wound up calling someone else and it turns out the issue was there was a loose screw and connection which is why it wasnt working. It was a quick fix but when I called this contractor he said hed come out and look but never showed up. Obviously doesnt stand behind his work.

Juan was very professional and punctual. He knows the profession and got to work. It didn't even take him 45 minutes to finish the job. Very happy with the work. I recommend him highly.

I waited till I used the dryer several times before writing this review. Wanted to make sure it worked properly. No problem.

I was told that the appliance repairs would give me a free quote upon arriving he said that he would be charging me for the service call whether I hired him or not. Had to negotiate with him to get a better price
