Service was very quick. Juan called ahead to discuss the problem and get model numbers, so he showed up with the parts he would need and had my stove fixed within an hour.

I contacted HomeAdviser around 2:30 pm and I was lucky enough that the repairman was fairly close by. within 2 1/2 hrs. he had come by and diagnosed the problem, gone and got the parts needed and it was fixed. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He also advised me on how to use so this problem does not come up for a long time. I am so glad he was the one that answered my request.

Juan was the tech that helped us out with our ice maker. He had actually helped us before with the refrigerator. He was right on time and honest. He tried a few different things to get the ice maker working before resorting to having to purchase a new one. He saved us some money and installed it the day it came in. He also followed up with us to make sure it was working. It’s working like new now! Definitely highly recommend this company, in particular Juan for appliance repair!
