Our serviceman, Juan, was extremely helpful. He was able to come to my home at the exact time I was available, only a day after I first contacted him regarding my dryer. He explained all parts of the repair process and was very transparent about pricing. He even used his phone to show us the prices for the parts our dryer required. I will 100% call him again if I need future appliance repair at home.

Juan is simply one of the best repairmen around. It took him 5 mins to diagnose my noisy dryer problem and 10 mins to repiar it and it's quiet as before. And he guarantees his work. Enough said.

They scheduled the appointment and sent someone out promptly. But when he arrived the repair man declined to even diagnose our problem, let alone attempt to repair it. At his advise we disposed of our refrigerator.
