Juan is very courteous and knowledgeable . Only problem was his shortage of available parts. My problem required an overnight wait for the part .

Arrived 15 minutes early, worked on three components, and explained the functions. Excellent service and advice.

Juan Walker of Texas Appliance Repair. I recommend him for his work and his fair charges. On a Saturday evening our refrigerator-freezer went out. On Sunday, before noon, Juan Walker came out and worked on it. He would have to order the part needed and would not be able to get it until Monday. Before leaving, he told me let it keep running, and told me what to watch for and to call him later if there were any changes. There was a change. I called and told him about the change. He told me that he now felt that the main control board had to be replaced. He ordered the new board and was back by noon Monday. Sure enough, part of the control board was burnt out. His charges were more than fair, considering he had to come out twice and one of those times was a Sunday. I knew the big hit would be the control board. Before he came back, I looked the control board up on the internet so I know I was in for a large bill. I was surprised the bill was not more. I expected him to charge more for his time and services. Very pleased with him and his work.

Juan was quite humble, his speech difficult to understand, his dress less than professional. However, the results speak for themselves. He diagnosed the problem in a timely manner, solved it quickly, and then accepted payment via the Cash app rather than having me write out a check or whatever. I will hire him again.
