Juan came less than an hour after I spoke to him. Also, he called as soon as I clicked "request quote". Unfortunately my dryer problem was electrical and not the machine.

Juan, came out promptly. Come to find out he had been at my house a year earlier and had done a half job then. This time I gave him the benefit of the doubt and tried him again. The freezer still does not dispense ice, and I am not sure if I am willing to have him TRY to redeem himself. BUT, he fixed what was half done last year. And NO, I have not called him nor has he tried to follow up with me.
