Juan was very nice and explained what happened. Showed temperature of freezer/fridge before and after repair. Great customer service and very helpful. Showed a lot of pride in himself and his business. Was in and out!

Juan came and while I was watching, he explained what he was doing he fixed the problem with my dryer. Professional, helpful, honest, and wonderful service.

Requested washing machine repair specialist on home advisor and within minutes of submitting the request, Juan called and said he could come out and assess the situation within hours on a Sunday. He was able to figure out the issue, order the part, and repair the following day with no issues! He was so friendly and helpful! I will definitely be calling him again when I need help with any of my appliances!

The money is worth the honest and excellent quality of service. But, it is expensive. I will hire Juan again.

Juan arrived on time, and it took him only a short time to find the problem with our dryer. He left to get the part, returned quickly, and made the repair. I was amazed at how quickly my dryer was back in working order. His charge for the part and service was reasonable, and he was efficient and capable. I will be contacting him again for any other problems!

Thanks to Juan I now have a working microwave. Anyone else would have just given up and told me to purchase a new one. But he persisted and was able to repair it.
