He came when he said he would. He accurately diagnosed the weird noise and fixed the dryer in a timely manner. Very friendly and personable.

Juan is honest, fair and did an outstanding job. Came out Saturday morning in a holiday weekend and went right to work. Repaired dryer and was transparent on everything. He will be my go to guy from now on. 40.00 charge to come out. I believe warranty companies charge you 75.00, plus your monthly fee. And Maybe they will cover it. Call Juan and cancel the warranty. He was awesome.

Juan did a great job. he immediately knew what was wrong with my icemaker and went to a store to buy the replacement. He returned within the same afternoon to install it at a good price.

Reliable and timely

My dryer stopped working Saturday morning. I used Home Advisor and scheduled a time Tuesday for adifferent repair company to come out. I got a notice that Texas Appliance Repair wanted to bid on my project about a hour after I made the appointment with the other repair company. I initially scheduled for Juan to come out Sunday because I was running errands and didn't know when I would be back home. However, I was able to get home by 2 and called Juan to see if he was available between 2 - 4. Juan showed up, inspected the dryer, figured out what was wrong and gave me a quote for the repair, but I would have to wait till Monday because the parts store was closed already and the quote was a bit more than I expected. Juan was able to do a bypass and got my dryer to work without having to replace the part for alot less. It was less than 30 minutes from the time he showed up, did the bypass and left. I really appreciated Juan doing that, considering most repair places would try to pressure the client into the more expensive option. Long story short: Juan and Texas Appliance Repair are amazing. Not only was he available on short notice and on my schedule, he worked within my limited budget, and was friendly about the whole thing. I would definitely reccomend Juan and Texas Appliance Repair.

Juan was arrived at my house at the time he said he would, took off his shoes upon entering my home (at my request) and diagnosed the problem with my dryer quickly. I would highly recommend this appliance repairman!

Juan called us on a Sunday shortly after I entered my info to Angieâ s list. He was there the next day which was much appreciated as I hadnâ t washed in days. Juan had to come back twice to repair washer, it continued to make a weird noise, he did not hesitate to come back. He spent a lot of time trying to find the problem but finally found a nail that was covered with hair that was caught in the fan. It made a terrible noise. My husband has a bad habit of leaving them in his pocket when he has been working outside. Juan was very polite and explained everything completely. I think the price was reasonable. We will definitely use Texas Appliance Repair again.

The repairman, Juan, was on time, courteous, and fast. He left no mess behind. He quickly replaced the wonky icemaker in the refrigerator, and we would certainly use this service again.
