He did a great job of getting the part and installing it the same day.,

Did what he was asked to do and explained everything as he did it. That was helpful.

He come to did the job but the dryer is not working and he is not coming to fix it, he supposed to be this morning but he did not come.

The tech was courteous, professional and respectful of our time. Knowing we were short of time as we had to leave town, he arrived earlier than originally scheduled and worked efficiently. He explained his diagnosis and fortunately he had the part to make the repair. We are thankful Juan made himself available for us!

He came and repaired my washer/ dryer and I asked him for a receipt a day after and he didn't respond or text back. It's bad for business when you can't get simple receipt from a company. Just SAD for business.
