Communication was great. Showed up on time and fixed the problem with the refrigerator in a timely fashion. The price of the part and labor were more than fair. Highly recommended.

He was fast, reliable, and very decent on pricing as well as very customer friendly. I would definitely hire him again to do any kind of appliance repair!

I hired him for washer repair. He came later than expected. Did text me that he was still coming. That was o.k. We explained what we have been dealing with for the past 3 weeks. Told him, he was not the first. He did a quick test. Gave advice. Then told us to video the problem next time it occurs and email it to him. I had expected to solve my problem, not retest. Job is still pending. Test was done with water, no clothes. He did call to ask about a test with small load of clothes. But, we had already said that when cold, the washer works but then it doesn't spin well after a while. Tired of this. Will not call him again.

I will hire him again....Highly competent, very honest, and the price and the price was right!

Juan the owner was fast and courteous. After doing a search on Home Advisor, he was quick to contact me and worked on a date that fit our schedule. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue with my cook top and fixed without any additional parts. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends.

Juan, the owner, was at the house to do the washer and stove repair within an hour after I did the Home Advisor inquiry. I did the inquiry at 5:30 PM and Juan arrived around 6:30 PM, completing the repairs before 8 PM. His charges were very reasonable and the work was done accurately and thoroughly. This was at my mother’s home in San Antonio...I wish we had Juan up here in the Dallas/Fort Worth area where I live!

AMANA Electric dryer heating-element failed on Monday of Thanksgiving week. Texas Appliance Repair arrived within an hour of my call, quickly found the problem. Tech returned in afternoon with the part and installed it to restore appliance to service thus calming my wife. I was prepared for a much-longer repair-and-part process; relieved to scratch repair off the to-do list.

He called the day I went on Home Advisor and finished my repair by noon. professional and efficient.

He was very prompt arrived at the time I was told. Diagnosed the problem in a timely manner. The charge for the service was reasonable. I would definitely hire again.

Mr. Walker responded quickly and promptly. He was honest and explained clearly what the issues were as well as what was to be expected even if it wasn't to his benefit. His fee I felt was unreasonable in that he didn't charge enough for his time. So, I increased his fee on my own accord. (Note to future customers: We need people who will service this area and it doesn't do him or us customers any benefit if we can't continue to get good service if they can't stay in business because they don't compensate themselves properly. So invest, in a bigger picture.) Mr. Walker has a generous spirit and will take good care of his customers I would recommend his service to anyone.

Mr Walker responded very quickly to my Home Advisor request for a pro who could fix my frig. He was available the same day. He identified and fixed the problem. He was prompt, courteous, & explained the problem and charge prior to starting work. Will gladly recommend him.

Juan was very nice but for the time he was here and the final bill I feel his labor cost was excessive. Over $200 when add his $40 service fee for less that a half hour of work. Would not hire and especially not without written estimate beforehand.

Fast response reasonable charges and refrigerator seems to be repaired not quite cooled down yet.
