The technician was very respectful. He even cleaned my ceiling fans at no charge. I am pleased with the work preformed. I did ask to see the cleaned ducts because I was told that was part of the service. We both got sidetracked and I didn’t get to see them. I don’t believe it was intentional. This is reason for not giving 5 stars. He was willing to show me, I just forgot to remind him, but I should’ve had to. Our ducts and vent covers are definitely cleaner.

The gentleman who did the work was excellent. He was very professional He thoroughly cleaned the vent and checked the dryer. He shorten the flexible hose from the dryer to the vent. He answered all our questions and also made a note to contact us next year for the dryer vent cleaning

Tech was great, very professional, and thorough. He found that the vent was totally plugged and a fire hazard. He cleaned it and showed me the before and after pictures. Really glad I hired Texas Air Quality.

Leo did an outstanding job. I hired him based upon his description of what services he would perform. He did it exactly as described from the roof down. Other companies said they would charge extra if they had to go on the roof. I could not believe how much lint came out from the top. He left his work areas spotless.spotless. He says he will also send me a reminder for future cleaning.

Excellent. My experience with Texas Air Quality started with calling and the phone answered by Ana. She was professional and ready to answer my questions. She followed up with assurance that her technician was going to be wearing cover slippers over his shoes and he was going to follow Covid guidelines. Ana also said her technician was going to be wearing a shirt identifying he worked for Texas Air Quality. Now the technician. He came in to work, he did not break anything. He was careful and he was very neat. His equipment was not dirty and he did not disturb my household. He told me where he was going to start in the house and he did not stop until he was finished. I like everything about my experience with Texas Air Quality. I am pretty picky. I will hire Texas Air Quality again and I suggest you give them a try.

Leo came out to service out ac/heating system. He was completely professional. His customer service goes above and beyond. It would be great if all companies had such awesome employees.
