Terramano Tile

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Our entire experience was absolutely horrendous. Shipping was not on time. I took off a full day of work as they would only give a date for delivery not time. And the shipment did not arrive that day resulting in me having to take off multiple days of work simply to accept the delivery. Many of the tiles were cracked and/or broken and about half of the tiles were chipped. Their explanation was that maybe I did not understand what saltillo tile truly is and that is to be expected. Are arguing with me continuously, I tried opening a case with Paypal to get a refund. A refund was finally granted with the caveat that we would have to ship back BEFORE a refund would be given AND that we would have to pay shipping...Which was a whopping $400-600! Stay as far away from this shading, dishonest company as possible. Oh and not to mention we ordered several gallons of sealant from them which was never received.

The tile arrived late because they chose a delivery company that would not deliver to a construction site. Out of five crates received, two are of useable quality. They have dog paw prints, cracks, holes and chips too large to hide. Initially the owner”Guillermo”. Said he would replace the paw print and damaged tiles, u til he realized how many there are. I paid him a tremendous amount of money for the tile. What has been laid is now going to have to be pulled because there simply isn’t enough quality tile to finish. DO NOT waste a moment of your time or money with this company.
