The gentleman was very professional, and did an awesome job inspecting my new home he got under every gap, and crack from the floor to the ceiling. overall he did a great job and I got my report back the very next day for my VA loan.

Service Tech worked around our schedule. Shows that customer care is important. It started to rain during the first service so technician rescheduled for a later time and showed up when he said he would. So far the service has been great.

Easy to schedule service. The person who serviced us worked to ensure that our specific problem with wasp was addressed. In the past, others have used soap and water only for them to return hours later. So, it has been awesome to see the wasp not return after being serviced.

HE WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE FELT WAS NEEDED. I EVEN COMMITTED TO MR. STOLA TO HAVE TERMINATOR CONTINUE AS MY PEST CONTROL COMPANY.
