The best experience with an HVAC technician ever! No attempt to upsale us on any additional work. In fact, the technician went out of his way to show us how to order and install needed equipment. He even sent me emails of products on amazon to make sure we knew what to do. First time I have ever tipped an HVAC technician, but with the service he provided, I wanted to. Of course, no tip was solicited by the HVAC technician.

Courtney, owner of TemperaturePro, reached out to me within an hour of my request. The very next morning she came out to meet with me and discuss my home s AC needs. She was extremely thorough in explaining everything from the parts of an AC to the different models and brands. After deciding on the unit, her team was at my house the next morning at 8 am ready to install. They were all so friendly and hard-working, and I m very pleased with the overall experience. My home required an entire AC/Heating system replacement.....and I knew NOTHING.....I had no idea what I needed or what to expect. Courtney spent a lot of time with me asking questions to ensure she recommended a system that is effective and efficient and also a good value. My home was always hot upstairs; I wasted money over cooling the downstairs just to keep the temperature of upstairs bearable. She explained the benefits of a 2 Two-Zone system that will allow me to better control the temperature in my home. I am looking forward to seeing positive changes in my energy bill. Because I have 2 parrots, she recommended an air cleaner to improve the quality of the air. I want to be able to control my system with an app and/or Alexa so the team installed 2 NEST thermostats, one upstairs and one downstairs. What a giant leap in technology from the the dinosaur system I had! The entire team was very respectful and professional and made the process quite enjoyable. They took a lot of pride in doing a top quality job. I am certain they will be there if I have any questions or issues. I am very happy with the service TemperaurePro provided and I would definitely recommend them for your AC/Heating needs.

We were lucky enough to have the pleasure of having Courtney and her staff help my family and myself with installing a new HVAC unit. Everyone was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS throughout the entire process. After installation was completed, Mike (technician) made sure that we were comfortable, working the new thermostat, and A/C unit. It was a worry-free experience.
