TemperturePro Team were very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC. They explained how to maintain system and ensure I understood how to service system. I was amaze how quickly they removed and replaced new system. I would recommend this company to a friend.

They work hard and are very honest. I was ripped off by a previous "friend" that owned another company here in the area. I now use Temperature Pro for my home and business and I refer them to everyone. They will be doing more work for me in a few months that will save me thousands over what the "friend" quoted me for a horrible solution to the same problem.

This was for my son's girlfriends house. The unit wasn't performing properly. They came out and were professional and not only figured out the problem, but also fixed it same day :)

Installation was fast and workers courteous. When a problem occurred during startup, they worked hard and long to resolve the issue.

The owner of the company called me within 5 minutes of me submitting the Home Advisor form. She came out to give a free estimate that day (Saturday) and the work was completed Monday. The technicians were prompt and left the house and yard very tidy when the work was done. My only complaint is that they were careless about keeping their masks on. We had ours on anytime we were in the same room as them, so I was disappointed they werenâ t equally careful.

technician added coolant to system. Tried hard to sell me a new system which I can not afford at this time. System overflowed the drain pan after technician left. I was left with water damage to ceiling of bedroom under the AC unit. Temperature Pro representative call me after I reported to damage and denied that they had any responsibility. He (claimed to be owner) continued to push me to replace the AC system and said that they were not responsible for water damage because I refused their offer to replace the system. I believe that had the technician checked the system including the overflow piping prior to leaving, we would have been able to prevent damage to me home.

Courtney, the owner was involved in every detail. Carlos, the HVAC technician arrived, on time, wearing mask, booties, smile, every tool he needed to do the job without going back to truck. Mike, installer, was thoroughly competent in the high tech software that is now required to optimize and balance airflow. Necessarily, my wife had to be the one to let these strangers in. Ordinarily she is hyper wary of the dust and viral dangers. Courtney and her team erased those fears in an instant. They left as new friends.

You get a personal touch to your needs and the service team is exceptional in explaining the situation, showing proof and handling the work. The customer service was superb!!! We had a unit within 24 hours. From the owner coming out immediately to provide a quote to the installers here next morning. During Covid that may not always be possible but they did their best to get us up and going since we had no cool air. They even dropped off a portable AC unit for the night to keep us as cool as possible. The professionalism and great customer service is something that speaks volumes about this company. Highly recommend!

We had to replace a 28 year old trane! Called several companies for quotes. Courtney came out and spent time with me(she is so nice) and gave options she was very thorough. I chose her company because she knows her Hvac! She checked in during install, even offered to bring a window ac unit for my comfort! The team Antonio, Reyes and Gio were on time and worked ALL day. They were very professional, well mannered and very personable. My neighbors used them too, the next day! I highly recommend Temperature Pro for install or service! I am so glad there are honest companies like Temperature Pro!

Technicians Nick and Tyler came out and diagnosed the problem promptly and were very kind in sharing all available options. Reyes, Antonio, and Gio came out the next day to replace the compressor and were fast and efficient and in the 95° heat of South Texas, that means a lot. One thing to note...both the technicians and repairmen actually arrived at least an hour before their scheduled window which was a pleasant and very welcomed surprise. Finally, I cannot thank the owner Courtney enough for taking the time to provide me with options but not trying to sway me down one path. I really appreciate her knowledge and help. TemperaturePro is at the top of my Rolodex and my go to for future encounters with heating and air.
