Tune-up went well. Technician was very nice. . I went ahead and signed up for a three-year twice-yearly membership. A very good deal.

Excellent professionalism with the sales rep/owner as well as the technicians. The issue is the product itself is still not calibrated even after additional testing has been done. We were sold a Daikin 1.5 ton compressor variable speed system that is supposed to be top quality and so far as advertised the system is incredibly quiet but the calibration and communication of the system has not yet proven to meet the expectations we were sold on.

Fantastic response to request for pricing to install to follow up. Had full hvac replacement done in a week from start to finish. Great communication from everyone. Top notch customer service. Would definitely recommend.

The expense was daunting at first, but as we got into the the financing options, it became obvious we needed the service.

We are a manufacturing company and we build various vehicles and trailers. We often use Temperature Pro for purchasing and installing AC systems onto vehicles. This can be complicated at times especially on food trucks when we are fighting a vent hood. They also stand behind their work and provide excellent follow up service. A few times we had issues with the AC and they went to the customer location to discover user error. Still they went out and taught them how to use their AC system. I would definitely use them for any residential work.

The experience was very comfortable, no pressure, great explanation of what the best value for our money and excellent installation crew. I like doing business with a family owned company that the owner is glad to take the time to get involved.

The owner, Courtney went out of her way to answer all my questions, helped me understand what was needed and even gave us a temporary A/C to make it bearable until our unit was installed. The technicians were so professional and courteous. They took time to explain how to keep my new HVAC system running efficiently for years to come. I highly recommend this team!!

I posted on HomeAdvisor on Sunday evening and the owner called me within minutes and asked me some questions about my problem. I knew the size of our system but did not know if it was gas or electric powered of if it was a heat pump or not so she asked if she could come bay and look at the system that evening. She arrived within minutes and gave me a quote. Our AC had been out for several days awaiting another company. She made a few calls to locate a system and she returned with her husband within an hour and set me up with a loaner portable AC unit and scheduled our replacement system installation for Tuesday! the crew arrived Tuesday morning and did an excellent job. The crew was exceptionally Nice,, efficient and thorough! The cost was less than the estimate! I cannot more highly recommend this company

They replaced my entire system including the AC, Heater and Thermostat. Their price was the best value when compared to other quotes. The install took less than four hours and the installers were professional and took care to clean up after the install. TemperaturePro did an excellent job and I was fully satisfied with the company.

They were quick to respond when my AC unit went out 6 days before out of town guest were arriving for our daughters wedding. Thorough, informative, on time, neat and attention to details and excellent follow by Courtney, Owner. Highly recommend TemperaturePro!

The service call was for â  springâ  maintenance on our AC system. Carlos G., our service tech, was on time, professional, very knowledgeable and very patient answering my questions. He also explained, in detail, what he looked for when servicing our system. So happy we took a chance on TemperaturePro. Will definitely recommend this company.

Replacing an HVAC system is never fun, but Courtney and the installation team made it a great experience. Communication was prompt, professional, and personalized to our needs. Courtney did a great job of explaining the options with specifics (others placed I contacted were either condescending or seemed bothered to have to answer questions). They did what they said they'd do, they did it well, they had a professional and personal approach to their work. I feel we received a high quality product and high quality service. I am very glad that I spent a lot of time reading reviews before I make the decision who to go with for this very important, not inexpensive investment. If I had gone purely with advertisement or which company popped up on top of internet searches, I think I would not be as satisfied with my decision as I am now. Reviews matter!

Installers did well. Price for the unit changed after decided on going with the company, Overall kept in good communication, which I did not get from the other companies involved.

Courtney was amazing and helpful from the minute we first spoke. Before we even chose Temperature Pro San Antonio I called her to ask a question about something another company told us and she explained everything to me. She worked with us and helped get us the best unit for our budget. When are new AC unit was installed the technician Antonio and his crew were amazing! They answered all of our questions and explained everything they did and fail safes the new unit had. They were not bothered by our dogs, and even had a entertained my bird while they worked by have a whistling battle with her. (She won but that is what she does) when they finished installing both the inside and outside unit I think they left the areas they were at cleaner when they left then they were when they got here. All in all from first phone call to unit installation the process was pleasant and not stressful at all. Courtney has even message me to make sure everything was going well, and after the snow storm she checked on us and wanted to make sure we didnâ t lose any of our fish. I would recommend they 100 times over because they were simply the best. It wasnâ t about making money for them it was finding a solution that worked for us and within a reasonable budget..
