Needed to replace a four ton air conditioner. Courtney responded quickly to my inquiry and provided several options. Her expertise and personal hands on approach sold me on Temperature Pro San Antonio. I purchased a new Trane unit which was quickly and expertly installed. The members of the installation team were courteous and efficient and my new unit up and running in minimal time. Customer focused and excellent service!

Carlos completed a seasonal tune-up for the a/c system in two of our rental homes. He gave my wife and I a thorough explanation of the results. Fortunately, we did not have any issues that required immediate attention. He gave recommendations for issues that would require attention in the near future. My wife and I were very pleased with his professionalism and we plan to use this company for our future a/c needs.

Nick and his crew did an awesome job with the very short notice they were given. They handled the job with expertise and professionalism. We've used several AC companies over the years and this one is the best we've worked with. They are always available, have an open-line communication style, and are up-front with all costs. They are very professional and their technicians are friendly and considerate. They clean up after themselves and made the entire experience very enjoyable.
