Losing AC in SATX in August is a crisis, IMO. Courtney returned my call within an hour and she was 2 states away. She came exactly on time the following day, with a portable AC unit to loan us until we decided if we were going with TemPro or another installer. She then gave us a comprehensive evaluation of our requirements along with recommendations and options. We compared the overall feel of TemPro (we evaluated 2 other providers). The team led by Steven arrived exactly on time the following day and by 4:30 we were off life support and breathing on our own. It wasn't much more than 36 hours from my 1st call until the unit was totally replaced (a full HVAC system replacement). I would highly recommend this crew from owners to techs to helpers - class act.

The owner of the company, Courtney was very professional in her initial presentation and highly knowledgeable of many systems they were selling. The installers and other Technicians , Steve and Mike were very caring regarding my situation including my family, since our AC was not operating. (in 98 degree temperature). What also was impressive and caring by Courtney, is her compassion in bringing to my home a Portable AC for our bedroom, I was so amazed that she went over 100% in keeping my family cool. Again Steve, Mike and Lisa were truly and sincerely about my difficulty with no AC in this 98-100 degree weather,. We are very grateful.
