TemperaturePro San Antonio was one of the best companies we have EVER hired to come to our home. Our AC unit (26+ years old) quit working and needed to be replaced. We got 4 quotes to which TemperaturePro was the best price. We were so impressed with their very prompt service, wonderful workmanship and the actual concern they had for us since we were dealing with such hot temps in the house. They provided us with portable units to use until they could bring our new system out the following day . What an absolute relief that was! We never felt pressured into buying something we didn't need. We had them not only replace the unit, but also the ductwork and attic insulation. From the consultation to the completion, they treated us like family. I can not say enough wonderful words about them, and our experience hiring them. Excellent company and a great group of very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly staff!!! I wish I could hire them for all my other home projects!!

Stop your yelp searching a must read review! Had issues with two other AC companies that were a bust and found Home Advisor which lead us to Temperature Pros. It was the best phone call we ever made Nick Gonzales the Ops Mgr " such an awesome guy"showed up on Saturday and in less then 15 min showed us all the issues that were not done during the installation and worse the 2nd company never saw or didn't care, it all wound up to more labor and extra hidden charges WTH. Nick was patient kind and understanding to our plight and situation and explained everything to us. He left my wife and I looked at each other and nodded soon after that the OWNER called? Nick told her our situation and was concerned! YES Courtney was concerned "no brainer" Hired them and they went well above and beyond fixing everybody's mess and getting our central air working. Mikey LOVE this guy this poor tech had his hands full and became SUPER MIKEY! If you want to be treated like family with respect and understanding GO no further you can't go wrong when finances are always an issue DO not worry i promise! You will not be disappointed. One word of caution there is a new A/C company in San Antonio so all you other A/C company's beware Temperature Pros is here to stay and i will be spreading the word HIRE THE BEST NOT THE REST. This company is amazing! I hired them after getting a few other estimates. They gave me detailed, written estimates which included information about the different type of units. They DID NOT try to sell me too much unit for my home! I have never learned so much about AC units! Honest people! Very patient! Always answered every email or text quickly! The crew who installed my unit were polite and efficient! And this company is owned by a woman lest any of you women homeowners are also fearful! **Stay cool!**

Kelley was very helpful with providing information and setting up an appointment. Mike and Jennifer are very knowledgeable and explained in detail everything we needed to know to make the best decision to fix our HVAC system. Luis and David did a great job with the installation of our new HVAC system. They went above and beyond to make sure we did not go more than one day without A/C. They explained everything to us and they cleaned up after themselves. Overall the customer service and product provided was excellent.

Mike was on time and did awesome job highly recommended this Service will definitely be back for future opportunities!!! Also signed up for the special they had and saved a great deal of money!!

Fast, friendly, and great service. Sent a request at 9pm and was contacted by the owner 7:20am the next day. Super friendly and had a AC tech at my house 1pm same day. Request Mike he’s an all star, if I would have let him he was willing to crawl up into my attic in 100 degrees to inspect ductwork. Bought their maintenance package and will be a repeat customer.
