Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for Tasco Air Conditioning. They came out and serviced the AC for the summer.

Description of Work: My A/C started to blow hot air instead of cold during the holiday weekend. I found this service provider on Angie's List and put in a call. They came out and found that my issue was being caused by a faulty wire in my temperature controller located on my wall. Although he didn't have the replacement part with him, he did make a temp fix with the controller so I stayed cool until he returned the next day. Part replaced and no issues since. Honesty and integrity are very important to me.

Description of Work: They ran a check. Although they stated I needed a bunch of repairs costing a lot of money.

Description of Work: Tasco came to clean and check an old furnace. Found that it was in very bad condition. They replaced parts and made sure it was in good working order. Don't know how reasonable the price was, but they really worked long and hard to get it working. Very good company.

Description of Work: Asked for a quote to add A/C to my garage. Terry Wolf came out the same day and had the quote ready via email a short time later. Also the lowest of the three quotes I received. I will probably use this outfit if/when I decide to proceed.

Description of Work: The provider advertised service on Sunday's. i called their main number which referred me to call Lane at a different number. I called it and left a polite messaging explaining that my AC was out and to please call me back. I never received a call back. At the very least, I expected a call back giving an excuse that they were busy.

Description of Work: Because we had service work done we wanted a 2nd opinion from Tasco. They were great in coordinating a time and being prompt in answering questions. He found the A/C was overcharged with Freon and the cost would be $250 to drain and recharge. We checked in with the original repair folks, they came out and found a clog in the hose which they took care of - it seems there wasn't a need to drain Freon. All is working fine now.

Description of Work: Came to help on ac not working. It is one of those calls where certain things are working with the system and certain ones were not. Laine came out and validated this fear of system replacement. BUT did everything he could to try and minimize this. We discussed probably six options, and once I voiced my preference he put together a first class package. Installers very professional and work extremely well together. While I did not want to pay out on a 10 year old system, I am so glad I was able to find this company and their team. Thank you Angie's List!
