Good. Serviceman forgot to switch breaker back on when done. Had to call and have the serviceman return and turn it back on.

Jerry and tech were great. knowledgeable and professional. Explained in layman's terms what he was doing and why during the troubleshooting process. Made sensible recommendations to prolong life of unit. Will be calling Tasco again.

Everything went great. The person that came was extremely polite and on time. He gave me the play by play so that I felt comfortable with everything. He made future recommendations on some issues. He took pictures which was a nice touch. This way I didn't have to climb up into the attic.

The technician arrived a little late, but called ahead to inform me of this. He was very profession, polite and explained everything he was doing. He gave me options for service without pressuring me. I will definitely use Tasco again!

According to my renters, all went well. Price was certainly fair and they came out when promised. Would use again.

Interested in zoning the home's A/C. Met (T) Sales Rep examine details of what we wanted. Rep provided thoughts and options verbally (balance duct work). We were interested in seeing what could be done and expected an estimate and details. Never heard back. Couple weeks now.

I was late meeting them and they could have cared less. The guys could not have been friendlier. They were honest and fair. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

I was not surprised to hear that the furnace will need to be replaced in the near future, since I had been told this by other HVAC technicians in the past. I was very satisfied with the explanation of the condition of it. The technician did not recommend any replacement of parts at this time.

We had been problems with high energy and gas bills for months. They came out on time and found the problem right away. Their technicians are trustworthy and very professional. They went above and beyond the help us. We will definitely be using them in the future!

The gentleman that came from Tasco was on time and very polite. He preformed the tune up and also helped us out with another minor problem. He gave us advice on how to best take care of our system. Overall great.

October visit was a full fall service inspection ,,,,found potential problems and learned warranty dated from time builder purchased unit and not upon the date i bought the home,,,, ( I bought a new house) I have about a four hundred dollar repair that will come up sooner or later

Terry arrived within 30 minutes of my call (around 7pm). After he reset the circuit breaker the unit was running. I did not expect such immediate service and for that I am very appreciative. I must say that I am not a regular customer of Tasco and was unable to reach the company that installed and services the unit. Terry was aware that I was not a customer of Tasco when I called requesting assistance. I will remember this when I need a new unit and will recommend this company to others. I chose this company based on the excellent reviews found here and on the distance from my home.

I called in because my AC wasn't working and Terry came to my place quick! It got repaired within the hour and it was the capacitor that had gone bad is what I was told. The price was reasonable and they didn't try to sell me a new system or anything. They offered me a service plan to do check ups during the year. I will be taking up that offer. It's a real nice company to work with, especially as a first time home buyer.

everything went as smooth as it could be. The firm provided all the necessary man power including electrician and carpenter. they accommodate the desire of my wife in placing the unit in an inconspicuous place.

They had to make 2 trips out to my home. But since I didn't need the heat untill winter there was no rush on my end.

These people are a locally owned company, give great service, and try to find the most cost-effective solutions. Do not do "extra" stuff just to generate a higher billing. Very friendly, ver professional. Best I have worked with

We had the heat pump worked on twice by another company, Jon Wayne, and each time was very annoyed by their constant up-sell. The last time they came out they said it was a minimum $300 fixed but really should be $900 to do it right. I refused service and wanted to find a second opinion. After searching on Angie's List, I liked the reviews I read for Tasco and the fact they were a family owned small company. From beginning to end, this was the best customer service for AC/Heater servicing we've ever had. Reggie was here on time and got straight to the issue. He didn't waste our time and we didn't waste his. He confirmed the circuit being burnt out but also said someone had wired it wrong and that even the panel with the diagram confirmed it was wrong. The best part is it was half the price we had been quoted by the other company. STOP LOOKING NOW AND CALL TASCO for anything you need. You'll never need another AC repair company again. It's like having family helping out. Thank you Reggie and Tasco.

Just joined Angie's List and found an a/c person to discuss my problem with. Explained that my old window unit was blowing warm air and wanted an estimate to repair. The gent explained that it would indeed be cost prohibitive and that there were other options. (Evidently it is easier and cheaper to purchase a new unit that attempt to repair an old worn out unit. I am sure he is right). I appreciate his honesty and professionalism and I am glad I joined Angie's List.

I subscribed to Angie's List initially for the main purpose of researching an AC contractor, and I am extra happy I chose the right contractor in Tasco which I discovered in Angies List. Mr Wolf was clearly in charge and monitored his workers from start to finish. He came to the house twice while his workers were working. The technicians, Jacob and Douglas were fantastic and knowledgeable. They explained steps they were doing and kept me posted. They didn't even take a break and they came in early to start work at 8:30. They cleaned up after the work was done. Everything promised verbally or in writing was delivered by this contractor.

We decided not to go with them because it was more than we could afford. They were very knowledgeable, professional and polite. The fellow was very honest about how much it was going to cost, and when it looked like it wasn't going to work for us, he started giving my husband different options for retrofitting our home. We have a 95 year old home and we wanted to know how much it would cost to retrofit the house. When it became apparent that the price was going to be prohibitively expensive, he started telling my husband about different systems that we could consider as an alternative that would do just as good a job, but about $10,000 less. We were very pleased with the experience. We didn't actually purchase anything, but that one experience was very good. They were about ten minutes early for the appointment.

Faye in the office was so nice and called several times to check on things. Reginald was the technician and it was his first week with the company, but he did an outstanding job. He was friendly and showed me what all he was doing. He seemed very knowledgeable. The system is cooling and running much better. Overall it was a very good experience and I will continue to use them.

We were very impressed with the response and with the service. The A/C quit working on a Sunday evening and we found TASCO through Angie's List. We called and got a response that night - they were willing to come out the same day, but we have a second unit so were able to wait until the following morning. The techs arrived on time and began checking the unit. They found one of the valves rusted shut, preventing accurate testing. Instead of forcing it open, possibly breaking it and leaving us no choice but to replace the valve, they stopped, explained the problem and the potential consequences and costs of forcing the valve open and laid out our options. We chose to have them force it open, and they were able to do it without breaking it. The A/C is the original unit installed when the house was built in 1979. We've had a few problems over the years, and know that we will need to replace it before long, but really weren't prepared for the expense right now. It would have been very easy to tell us that it was too far gone to repair. Although they recommended we replace the unit, they told us that we could add freon as a short-term solution and could probably get by for another few months. They also checked the furnace at no charge, found some potential problems and recommended that we install a carbon monoxide detector. We asked for a quote on replacing the entire unit, and received a call that afternoon with prices and options for replacement.
