All went well. They showed up on time and performed the service in a timely manner.

Tasco employee Jerry showed up with his helper and got right down to business. He even hosed off the unit and explained to me that when we cut the grass to turn system off so dust and debris doesn't get sucked in.

Great job! Laine was punctual, thorough, and professional. We purchased a second Angie's List coupon for another property and were pleased to hear positive comments from the tenants. Laine ,gave us valuable feedback about our units and what needed to be done to keep them running efficiently as long as possible. He explained our options without pressuring us to buy anything. We plan to make Tasco our permanent AC service.

I have always been pleased with the service provided by TASCO and have used them several times in the past. They are a smaller, family-owned company and, as such, they seem to provide more friendly, customer-oriented service. I have always found their techs to be knowledgeable and their prices fair. They've been in business for quite a few years, so they know what they're doing. I would recommend them to others if you need HVAC work. The special Angie's deal of $55 was a good buy. The tech checked out the system, showed me one place where the plenum was leaking air, and provided a good, easy way to fix the problem.

Provider responded immediately when I called for an appt. Appt. was set up, he called to verify day and time and called again to give his estimated time of arrival and arrived on time. Checked AC and inspected vents in home giving suggestions for future construction. Very knowledgeable and professional Looks like we have a new professional on our list.... Thanks so much..

Overall, I was fairly happy. I was disappointed that the servicemen would not give me a call to let me know they were coming. One day I was out of town and had told them. They had made a trip to my house and found I was not here. If they would have called on my cell, I would have reminded them that I was out of town. I feel a call before they come is a needed necessity and a courtesy to the homeowner.

I was very happy with the company. He was in and out in about an hour and a half, and was very professional. He went through everything for me, and explained everything he found. He let me know that it was good for now, but come next year, I may need a new one. The service manager, Lane, actually came out and did the work himself. I really like their approach.

It was okay. He was really rude on the phone, extremely rude. This was once I purchased the deal with Angie's List but afterwards when I called them up for a follow-up, he was extremely rude to me. I was asking him about the work that they had previously done because I was having an issue again with my air conditioning. I just needed information. It took them approximately three weeks to complete it. They were having trouble with the parts. The fact that I needed them there on a Saturday also, they had trouble with that. It took them a lot to get it all done. They came to my house three times.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was fine. They came promptly, they gave us the information that we needed, and didn't waste our time. The price was good, and we had had other air conditioning people in the past who had charged us twice as much. The quality was good, because what they told us to do, seemed logical.

Everything was an A including professionalism and punctuality. Everything was good. It was good to the point where they did not even charge me because the issue I had was not even an issue. They did not even charge me for coming out.

Showed up when they said they would and promptly took care of the problem. Very personable and friendly. Because I agreed to make some upgrades to my system, they did some work for free, such as move the thermostat from a bad location, which initially caused the problem, to a good location. I will use these guys in the future for all maintenance. In fact, I signed a contract in which they return twice a year to check my equipment.

This company was actually really great and quick with response time. At this time I only had freon added, but I was given a detailed explanation and price for everything I needed done.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. After they did the inspection they made some recommendations on how to get the bedroom cooler.

My experience with them was pretty good. He had to replace more than what the deal was, so there was an additional charge. He showed us what was wrong with it and everything. The motor and a thing went out on the air conditioner, so he had to replace that for us. He was the only one we got a quote from, but I think it was a decent price and it reasonable. He was here when he said he would be. I would use him again because when he installed what he had to replace he gave us a 3 year warranty. We ended up calling him back two weeks later. He was here, did what he needed to do, and fixed the problem.

Company representative was very polite and quick to get to work. My a/c unit is very old and because of that a handful of problems were presented to me. The man was very honest, giving me his own advise about the matter. He did not try to pressure me or make a sale of any sort. Instead, he told me to think things over and call him back if I decided to go further with the company's services.

The tech was punctual and professional. I was shocked to hear that they wanted to replace the coil and outside unit (which isn't too old of a model). They wanted about $7000 for the entire replacement. They also noticed that the freon was low, and after filling the freon, the A/C cooled well again. I did receive several pushy phone calls after my visit from a lady representing their organization. They kept trying to sell me on this $7000 replacement, and said that they could provide me financing. What upsets me is that they call me during business hours trying to sell me this replacement, and when I tell them no several times, they have the audacity to call me TWO days later trying to sell me on it again. I told them to stop calling me unless it was an emergency and to respect my wishes. If they continue to call and sell me on this $7000 replacement, I will be sure to update this review.

Services were good except they were really late.

He came out and did his maintenance. He is very professional and it all went well. he told us that in a year or so we might need to change the A/C unit. he also told us another options we could do like changing out the coil or different parts and that we needed Freon. He said that we can call him if we want him to do that. That was good price for what he did and I think he did more than what I paid for. They responded right away when I bought the deal and they sent me an email.

Provider checked the AC unit and preformed a tune up. He came out on a Saturday to perform the "Big Deal" tune up. We needed a new air filter which he said he would bring back on Monday. He was great in that he called me Monday to suggest that I purchase the air filter because I could get it for less. He was supposed to come back that week anyway to see if the new filter resolved the noise that we were hearing. It ended up that the AC stopped working the next weekend and he had not set an appointment to come back out. It was a Sunday when we needed the repair, so we called the service number and there was no answer. We figured they didn't work on Sundays and called another company. About 15 minutes later they called back, but at that point we had already contact another company. Overall, I was very happy with the service provider, but we work full-time and are not able to be at the house during regular business hours. We would use the company again if were more available and if they were more responsive to urgent situations.

Provided prompt service and gave feedback on my AC system. They answered all my questions and were professional.

TASCO arrived on the job, and completed the work, as scheduled. He was very professional and acted in a professional, friendly manner. We'll have them back!
