Description of Work: Tasco is a family-owned airconditioning and heating service in San Antonio, and I really appreciate their solid work ethic and honest values. I already had their $125 yearly service agreement and needed to have my AC unit checked out because it was not cooling properly. The technician, Laine, arrived within 45 minutes of my call and took care of the problem almost immediately. He educated me about my unit, explained the simple problem in terms I could understand, and did not charge me a single dollar above the inexpensive service contact I had purchased five months earlier. Not only that, but he returned twice to make sure the unit was operating properly without my asking him to. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He did not try to upsell or over-sell me. Last month was the hottest one on record for San Antonio, so I really appreciated Tasco's excellent service.
