+ -1 moreI purchased a hot tub cover from Sweet water and while the warranty was still valid it tore. I contacted Sweet Water and they had me contact the manufacture. The manufacture refused to honor their warranty because we used a lifter purchased from sweet Water. Sweet water would not provide any help in getting the manufacture to honor the warranty. I expect a company to back up the products they sell and provide assistance when their manufacture will not honor the warranty. I will never use a store that I cannot trust to make sure warranties are honored.
