Storm Roofing

I had a leak in my roof where shingles had blown off during a recent wind storm. I called Storm Roofing, he responded promptly and repaired the problem quickly. Mr Trevino was very kind and made sure we were involved in the repair process. Then I asked him to look at some gutter work that had been done by someone else. The work was badly done and we couldn't get the company back out to the house to correct the problems. He did a great job repairing that too.

The company did a good job repairing our patio roof. They were speedy and went above and beyond to match the woodwork on our patio ceiling that had rotted.

Excellent, prompt service. I had contact 2 other companies to complete this job, however, no one returned my calls. Storm Roofing was the only company to call back the same day and schedule a walkthough with free estimate the next day. Photos were taken of areas that were recommended for repair. There were no surprises when the job was complete. Professional service. Prompt responses. Punctual - arrived to the job exactly when scheduled.

The issues showed up in an inspection report. I needed the work done quickly and for a resonable price. Stormy roofing did just that. The buyers inspector came back to the house to check on the work and he "good job". We closed the transaction!

Alfred and his team are great to work with. The process went very smoothly from start to finish. They worked with us to pick the right color roof and used high quality Timberline GAF shingles. We emphasized the need to have a very clean work site to ensure the dog didn't eat any scraps. They were extremely conscientious and kept everything picked up. They finished the tear off and replacement in about four days. We are very happy.

Started and completed jobs when promised. Was very professional and friendly. Quality of work was excellent and I was well pleased. Gave me some excellent hints and input on other jobs I am considering. I will definitely use their services again and recommend to others.

On October 22, 2012, I contacted Alfred Trevino because in May of this year Alfred checked my roof and said it was good for two or three more years. Since then it has rained a lot in my area. After the last heavy rain, I noticed some loose shingles by a pipe on my roof. Alfred promptly checked it out a few days after I called him even though he was very busy. Within a week, he had George and another employee replace and renail shingles by the pipe and in a two other places. I appreciate that Alfred made time to take care of my roof concerns as soon as possible. I will use Storm Roofing in the future when I replace my roof.

I called Alfred on Monday, the day after a heavy weekend rain. He called back promptly and we set up an appointment for him to assess the damage on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. He arrived on time and we set up the appointment for him to fix the leak on Friday morning. As soon as he realized he wasn't going to make it on Friday, he called to let us know, and we tentatively rescheduled until Saturday. His schedule freed up, and he was actually able to come do the repair on Friday as we originally discussed. What an amazing example of customer service and commitment to the job. At a time when so many business owners forget that they are working for their customers, Alfred was a shining example of customer service. We appreciate that he respected our time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I have already recommended him to a friend, and would also recommend him to anyone reading this. Alfred did a great job! He came to give me a quote, showed me pictures of the damage and at my insistence came back the next day and had the job done in 45 mins. He was very professional, courteous and quick.

We heard a dripping noise in our DR chase after the rain in May & set out scouring Angie's List for a reliable roofer. We were impressed with Alfred Trevino's expertise - much more knowledgeable than another competitor and much more responsive than a third competitor. While his original price was several hundred dollars higher than what our insurance company would allow, he worked with us to reduce the cost to match the amount our insurance company would cover for a full roof replacement. He and his crew were professional, prompt, and efficient and got the job done mostly on the first day with final details accomplished the following morning. He carries GAF lifetime roofing which carries the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval and which allows for one transfer of warranty should we decide to sell our house before the warranty expires. He also did not require a down payment and insisted that no portion of the payment was due until the job was completed. We would not hesitate to recommend Storm Roofing to others and in fact have already done so. It was a relief to know that we had such a professional team that provided us with a high quality product and experience.

I called another roofing company listed under Angie's List after there was a leak in my roof in the front of the house. This company gave me a bid just to fix what they described as a whole in my roof, probably caused by painters when they painted the trim. This company wanted $1485 just to fix the repair. I decided to call more roofing companies to get a comparison. Because there had been a lot of rain in early May, the roofers were very busy and I had to wait to schedule someone to come out. I called Storm Roofing knowing I would have to wait for a bid and I scheduled an appointment a week out. When someone had to reschedule a meeting with them, Alfred Trevino called to see if I would be available. I was and he came out within 45 minutes as promised. When he saw what the problem was he gave me a bid of $320 and said he would do the work right then. You bet I took him up on that and frankly it was because he had so many good reports on Angie's List! His associate completed the work in less than 1 hour and cleaned up perfectly. I have no doubt they fixed the problem and have confidence in this company. Thank you Storm Roofing AND Angie's List!

We have a two story home and after the recent storms our roof leaked into our upstairs master bedroom. I called on a Saturday, left a message and Alfred returned my call promptly. Even though he said they were closed on Saturdays he was willing to come look at our roof since it was leaking inside. We had place a tarp on the roof so I said it was ok to wait until Monday. He came right on the scheduled time, looked over our roof and assured me it was in excellent condition other than a few missing shingles and some previous tree rubbing damage. He was very courteous, explained everything, showed me pictures and provided an estimate on the spot.He then said he would be in contact concerning when they could come do the repair. He contacted me a few days later and said they could be here today. I was thrilled as I know it's very busy right now for repairs as there are many tarps on roofs just in my area. Mr. Trevino kept in contact with me all day due to a set back on another job which was extremely nice and professional of him. They arrived, took care of the roof and everything was clean afterwards. I even found my tarp neatly folded on my deck after they were gone! It was an extremely wonderful experience working with his company!

I appreciate Alfred's honesty in telling me that I do not need a new roof or any repairs presently. I will contact him in the future when it is time for a new roof.

Went really well, very smoothly. We contacted Mr Trevino after a hail storm after reading the reviews on Angie's List. The company was highly rated and DID NOT send fliers and go door to door after the hail storm. We were swamped by "out of towner" companies that were offering too-good-to-be-true offers and wanted an honest company that was local with a good, long standing reputation. Mr Trevino came out personally to meet with our insurance adjusted per our request and represented us. His crew was polite, cleaned up daily after themselves and did a nice job. We would highly recommend this company.

What really impressed me with Storm Roofing was that he went up to my roof and took pictures then sent them to me so I could see for myself what was going on. He fixed all the problem areas and painted them; he did a really professional job. The price was extremely reasonable and I was thoroughly impressed. I would absolutely use him again in the future if I needed to.

This company is so unprofessional it boggles my mind on how they can stay on your list? The company didint even show up and I get a fax sent to me this morning, actually was prob sent on March 29, @ 4:17p.m. stating that they would not be submitting a bid. The guy(s) didnt even show up to give me an estimate! I had two other companies from your lst show up and give me estimates, they walked on the roof, looked at the new addition(2012) and whole house remodeled (2004) , and this company sends me the fax about severe wood rot! What home did they goggle? Because they didnt even show up! ***UPDATE*** This company twists what the customer says, I think the company will only perform jobs for houses that they can make the most money from. This home is small and a rental.

Damage happened over the weekend. The missing vent was directly over my attic ac unit, so we were concerned about rain damage, and tried to plug the hole as best we could. I called Storm Monday morning and he was here that same morning to look it all over and give me an estimate. He said he would call his supplier to see how soon a set of vents could be found, and tentatively scheduled a repair time for Wednesday. He was trying to fit this in before he started a big job. He called Tuesday night for followup, and called again Wednesday morning when he was on his way. The repairs were done quickly, they left no mess. I was pleased with the responsiveness and the professionalism. If we get any other roofing issues, I will not hesitate to use Storm again.

Alfred came out and spent about an hour looking over our roof. He was very professional and informative. Although we did not have any hail damage I would definitely use them if/when we need them.

It was excellent. They really helped me with my insurance company. My insurance ended up approving it.

They came for an estimate and it was very reasonable. We had them do the work but then we had a new leak so they came back. They said they would come back until the leak was gone, but we haven’t had any rain since then. I called him and he returned my call on a Friday night which surprised me. I thought they were wonderful. Alfred is marvelous and when I call he calls right back. The pricing was reasonable and they didn't charge anything more until they finish. They always call when they are on their way.

They were very good. There was a squirrel scratching some paint and I bought the paint and they repainted it for me. It was raining and it was sort of over cast, because of the rain they actually made sure that the paint dried before they left. That is one thing I really appreciated. They usually come once a year. I will use them again.

Excellent. Alfred is a total professional, as is his crew. His crew was punctual and finished on time. They did a very good job of cleaning up afterward, even running a magnet around my lawn to pick up any stray nails, etc. Alfred went out of his way to accomodate my requests, as I wanted to do some of the fine finish work and painting myself. I will definitely hire Alfred again, if I need any roofing work done, and would recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
