Though they came out quickly to estimate a roof repair, were professional and found evidence of hail damage which led to my insurance company awarding me a full roof replacement, I have repeatedly called them to do the work over a week and a half period. They almost always have their answering machine on. The one time I got someone on the line, he said only one guy could help me and he was off for the day, but he would call the guy and text me with a response that day. He never texted or called back. I have left three positive and detailed phone messages thanking them and requesting the work, but no one returned the calls. Must be nice to have so much business you don't need respond to a $50K job. If they are this way when trying to get our business, I shudder to think what they are like if I have a problem with their work. Sorry guys, I really tried.

It went very well. I would highly recommend Storm Roofing. Alfred and his crew are great to work with and are very professional and responsive. Alfred and his team were great. Very friendly and helpful. Many neighbors wanted their info because of the quality work that is visible in our new roof.

I requested estimates from roughly 8-10 "A" rated roofing companies through Angie's List. Out of the 10, only 4 responded. One response was an email saying they weren't even giving estimates until January 2017. The first one to respond was Storm Roofing. Alfred came out to my house very quickly, got on the roof, measured it and wrote me an estimate. The other two companies came to my home, did not get on the roof - they only wanted my insurance paperwork. From Alfred's measurements, I was able to see where the second company "over-estimated" the ridge venting needed. The third company wanted $1500 up front, if I signed a contract with them, and they wouldn't be able to begin work until April 2017! Alfred said most reputable, established roofing companies didn't require any down payment. Alfred returned every phone call, every email, every text. He was on time, knew what he was doing and explained the insurance reimbursement amounts and supplement costs to me. Storm was able to come out within 3 weeks of the initial estimate and put a new roof on my house. Alfred was on site, checking supplies and monitoring the work as it progressed that day. The crew was polite, and they didn't leave any mess. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Storm roofing again. Alfred is a very honest and kind man. If there was an A+++++++ rating, I would give them that!

We had a wonderful experience with Storm Roofing. We needed our roof repaired due to hail damage. Storm came out in a timely manner, gave a great quote and started the job within 5 days. Thanks to Alfred and his amazing crew our roof was completed in one day! This a professional group of people and I would recommend them to any one!

It was a pleasure working with Alfred and his team. I contacted Alfred to get an estimate and he arrived at my house just at the time he had told us. He went over our insurance forms and explained it all in detail. He gave us a reasonable quote and we decided to have him do the work. Of course they were real busy but he let us know approximately when he could do the job. He contacted us and gave us a date. Unfortunately it rained the day we were scheduled for the work but he called me early to let me know he was postponing the job. The next day at around 7am the workers arrived. We had asked Alfred to start the job as early as possible so the workers would be exposed to this Texas heat as little as possible. The workers were very amiable and Alfred showed up several times while the work was going on. They were finished by around 5 pm. We are very satisfied with the work done. They cleaned up very thoroughly after the job was completed. I highly recommend Alfred and his company, Storm Roofing.

The owner, Alfred, was exceptional and his crew efficient and professional. The entire process was first class. Alfred made me feel like I was his most important customer. He was there to oversee the entire process. I could not be more pleased with the finished roof.

Our experience with Storm Roofing was superb! We would gladly use them again, but they appear to have done such a good job that we will probably not need further roof service while we live in this house. We have been through roof replacements twice before at other locations, and this was the best, fastest, and simplest experience all the way from requesting a quote through completion of the work. They arrived at the times they promised each day, finished the work promptly, and cleaned up completely -- and I do mean completely, including scrubbing the concrete of our driveway with degreaser where the truck that delivered the shingles had leaked oil. The owner of the lawn service we use, who came to mow the lawn a few hours after the roofers completed their work, told me that never in his 30 years in the lawn business has he encountered as thorough a clean-up job as Storm Roofing did in our yard. Before selecting Storm Roofing I obtained quotes from five roofing companies, one of which we had used before and three of which (including Storm Roofing) I found on Angie's List. Storm Roofing's price was not the lowest, but was the best when the warranties (both on the installation and on the shingles from the manufacturer) were taken into account. Storm Roofing's terms and conditions were also better than the lowest bidder. Their original proposal was to complete the work in five days, but when attempting to schedule the work the weather forecasts only showed a three-day slot without significant chance of rain. Rather than delay the start of work, Storm Roofing offered to bring a larger crew and finish the work in three days and did so without compromising the apparent quality and certainly without skimping on the cleanup. When they found problems that were not known at the time of the original quote -- in our case two rotted decking boards -- they provided pictures of the damage and identified why the damage had occurred, and how to prevent it from recurring before asking me to authorize the additional work (which only ended up costing an additional $300). During the 14 years we have lived in this house we have done a great deal of remodeling and maintenance, and dealt with many contractors. Storm Roofing is one of only two contractors during that time where we are completely satisfied with their work and have absolutely nothing negative, or even neutral, to report.

All went very well. The workmanship of Albert Trevino and his crew was great, they were very expeditious, very timely, very professional, and did everything promised. I was very impressed and extremely pleased. They addressed all my concerns. I can't say enough good about them. They are very customer orientated and the attentiveness to detail is great. I have used them in past several times for small repair jobs and have always received the same professional excellence from Storm Roofing. I can't say enough good about them and would definitely use them and recommend them to friends and family. THEY ARE THE BEST!! The complete job took longer than I expected but I attribute this to the attentiveness to detail and the overall excellence of a job well done.

Alfred is one of the best contractors I have worked with. He was prompt, always answered my calls, was on site when needed and walked us through the process on roof replacement and was always pleasant. I did my own research before I hired Storm Roofing and found that Alfred only used the best products for the best job. He made sure that our pool was protected from start to finish and every day ran a magnet on our driveway and walkways to be sure there were no stray nails to cause problems. The work site was well organized and his people did everything to ensure that the final work was done to BEST industry standards. We sing the praises of Alfred and his people at Storm Roofing.

George installed metal side flashing on two areas on left side of the house to prevent mice from getting into gaps. He re-nailed the loose fascia metal back into place. Also a large vermin had punctured through the aluminum metal installed on top of the fireplace cap. They installed new metal and reapplied plastic cement to waterproof. Alfred went on the roof and took pictures both before and after the work to show me what repairs were needed and pictures of the finished repairs. He made the appointment as soon as possible when I phoned him about the gap on the side of the house. I appreciated that as I was concerned the gap would get larger with wind from a storm. Alfred installed a new dimensional roof on the house on September 24, 2014; and before the new roof, he had made repairs to my existing roof on October 22. 2012. I consider Alfred to be very honest. Alfred and his employees are professional, courteous and do excellent work. I highly recommend Storm Roofing to anyone needing repairs or a new roof.

Quick response and they did a great job! Price was right in line with what I expected and even worked me in for the estimate the same day as the call was placed and scheduled and completed the repair 2 days later.

Very expeditious and prompt. Called on Thr, came out on Fri and completed on Mon. Great service. Mr Trevino even did temp repairs (after normal work hours) because rain was expected before the job would be completed. He was correct and saved me $ in leak damage that would have occurred. This is the third job he has done for me and each time the service and workmanship have been outstanding. Mr Trevino is a Prince.

Mr. Trevino was punctual, knowledgeable and very professional. He took his time and inspected entire roofing area. Expecting the worse, Mr. Trevino said our roof was ok and didn't need any repairs. Nice to know there are still folks out there who provide honest feedback and are not chasing the money. Will be using Storm Roofing in the future if needed.

If you are looking for a reliable, honest, knowledgeable person/company, look no further. Alfred, the owner is as good as can be. They took our fireplace apart, and found very substandard framing and materials. We agreed it needed to be completely reframed, and the roof decking partially replaced. I personally went up on the roof to take photos and see their work. Excellent! One of gthe first things Alfred told me was I did not need a new roof, when others had. I was impressed by this. Most impressive? He called me the week following the work, and informed me he had overcharged me by $252.00, then proceeded to bring me a check! How many contracters do you think would do that? Anyway, when we need more roof repairs, or a new roof, I will be calling Storm Roofing. A very pleasant experience.

After calling others for estimates and waiting for responses ,I called this company, Storm Roofing, for a free estimate at 0800 on 12-7-2014 . At 0830 on same day he returned my call .He said that he would be able to come to my house at approximately 0900 .Lo and behold he showed up exactly 0900 . He went right to work .Climbed the roof and inspected the same .Took him approximately 20 minutes .Talked awhile about should be done for a proper job. He said that he would come back the following day with the estimate . That he did , we sealed the deal . He and his foreman and crew went to work .In the course of the work they found some rotten wood in some areas of the house , and I knew I had them plus others that I did not know I had .He would always show me the areas and made sure I wanted to fix same. With a new roof of course I wanted everything fixed .He never took it on himself to fix them until he checked with me. Anyway they did a terrific job on the roof and other areas , I couldn't believe what great job they did . I recommend this company to everyone.

Highly recommend Alfred and his crew. He came over as schedule to assess the damage and gave us a comprehensive report on the damage, cause and repair. Provided a follow up estimate as promised. Repairs were completed as schedule. Professional and clean crew. Work was well done. Will use Alfred and his crew again. Very pleased.

Alfred Trevino, owner of this company, is a stand-up guy. And he was more knowledgeable than other roofers in courteously answering my many questions. While his estimate was competitive, it was still startling how much a complete re-roof job can be these days. Too, Angie's members should be warned that most roofer's first estimates don't usually include any fascia boards (just under edge of roof) that may have rotted. Replacing these can be very expensive, so ask about them before signing a contract. Alfred did give me an additional estimate on these beforehand. Trevino always came when he said he would, and always on time. He oversaw his crew and left a clean yard clear of roof nails. The whole job was very thorough, and the permit inspector said he'd "passed with flying colors." I recommend him very highly.

I highly recommend Alfred Trevino to anyone requiring a new roof or repairs to their existing roof. Alfred thoroughly went over all details regarding the dimensional roof I selected. His employees, George and Jose, arrived promptly and early each morning, worked late and cleaned up before they left. It only took them two days to complete the work on my heavy duty dimensional shingle roof. They added new ridge vents, new fireplace flashing, added flashing where needed and painted flashing to match roof shingles. All pipe sleeves were replaced and also painted to match the roof shingles. George and Jose reinforced framing on two overhang roofs. They also added new decking and matching shingles on the overhangs. Alfred, George and Jose are all very professional and courteous. Alfred inspected the completed work and took pictures from many angles on the roof so I would know all the work we discussed to be done was completed to my satisfaction. The Angie's List discount was applied to the total cost. I selected Alfred Trevino's company, Storm Roofing, because when Alfred first inspected my roof over two and a half years ago, he told me my roof was good for another two or three years. I appreciated his honesty and decided back then that I would select his company in the future to install a new roof when needed. I am very pleased with my dimensional roof, and again highly recommend Storm Roofing.

Everything worked out fine. There was no delay. They were professional and got on the job right away and finished at a reasonable time and everything worked out fine. They seemed reasonable.

I don't think I could have been happier with another company. Alfred Trevino was extremely pleasant and explained everything in explicit detail. He never acted like he was in a hurry and thoroughly explained all that would be done as well as why. There was so much rotten wood underneath the old shingles (which I already knew of) that needed replacing; he installed a new sky light and replaced the old forty-year old one; he removed and replaced fascia board; he replaced soffit wood; and caulked and painted all new wood. Of course he had to add the replacements to his estimate for replacing the roof with quality life-time shingles, but I was very happy to have everything fixed and replaced. His work force was the most hard-working I've ever dealt with and they were so pleasant as well as professional. I couldn't believe how hard they worked in this excessive summer heat (up to 108 degrees!)! I just wish they did full-fledged construction work! I'd hire them in a second if I could! Alfred and his workforce are above reproach and went over and above on everything. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Alfred Trevino and crew did an outstanding job. The carpentry work on the garage turned out to be a little more complicated than first thought because some of the garage rafters were also rotting on the ends by the fascia boards. They were able to come up with a solution to brace them on either side with new wood and the end result looks like new. The roof looks great, and at the end of the 2 day job the yard was cleaned up so you couldn't even tell they had been there. Extremely pleased!
