Description of Work: I used this company over ten years ago and sought them out again because of the fantastic service they provide. The owner of the company is a hands on person and ensures that job is done professionally. I would definitely use Storm Roofing again if necessary. Excellent service provided!

Description of Work: Roof repair and carpentry work.

Description of Work: An outstanding contractor. Showed up when they said they would. Good competitive price. Gave me a daily update on work performed and what the next steps would be. Cleaned up work area very well. The workers showed up early....worked late. Got the job done on schedule inspite of some weather delays. I would highly recommend Storm Roofing.

Description of Work: The estimator (Al) was unable to make the original appointment for the roof estimate. I was able to look past this, however, instead of calling with adequate notification to reschedule, he called me up one morning saying "I'm in the area, can I stop by to do the estimate?" I told him I was across town but he still seemed determine to get the estimate done on HIS schedule. What really took the cake was when he took it upon himself to speak with my tenants (this estimate was for a rental property), asking THEM if it was okay that he get up on the roof. Not very professional. He finally was able to meet with me several days after his actual estimate to provide me with the estimate in writing. I was so taken aback by his professionalism in doing the estimate that I no longer even considered hiring the company for the job. Additionally, they were the highest price of the handful of estimates I received prior to choosing a company.

Description of Work: Alfred was on time and his crew did a good job on my porch repair.

Description of Work: Had a leak around my fireplace into garage. They came promptly and conducted a through probing to find the problem. Scheduled an appointment for repair in two days in the afternoon. When they ran into trouble with their morning job, I was called to say they would be two hours late. They arrive at the new time and conducted the repairs that afternoon. Good work. AND CALLED ME TO SAY THEY WOULD BE LATE, which no repairman has ever done.

Description of Work: Great experience!! Head of company called us the same day we left a MSG. They came over the next day to check our roof and took pictures of the damage. Crew started repairing the roof 2 days later. They did a great job at a fair price. Couldn't b happier!

Description of Work: The Company replaced my roof a couple of years ago and did a great job ($11,000). They recently returned and helped with a problem unrelated to their work - the overflow of gutters caused by heavy runoff. They installed a series of rain diverters to apportion and direct runoff from a large section of the roof so the gutters could handle it ($595). Alfred Trevino (Storm Roofing) is highly competent, personable, professional, diligent and fair.

Description of Work: Talked me out of a new roof at this time––much appreciated. Instead, installed 15 new shingles in three locations. Will definitely use again!

Description of Work: I sent an email message that I needed an estimate for roof repairs after having had some shingles blown off in a thunderstorm. I received a phone call in the morning of the next business day and appt was made for the estimate to be made. Repair was scheduled for day after I accepted bid for repair. Roofer and helper were on time for repair. Shingles were replaced.

Description of Work: Alfred called me back within 24 hours of my call. He gave me an estimate within 24 hours and offered me two options. Once I called him to have the job done, he was at my house within 72 hours. Completed the work professionally, cleaned up all of the mess. Asked for no money before the start of the job - asked for payment when the job was finished. Since it hasn't rained, I'm not 100% of the effectiveness of the solution, however based on what I can see and the service, I am not anticipating any problems.
