 + -1 moreEvery time the owner picks up the call, he said he is going to send some technician and no one ever turns up. After repeated calls and lame excuses he would say he would call back and i am still waiting for his call. I went with a provider from yelp reviews and i should have done this 2 weeks back to save my time and this review. Just useless

Description of Work: This company kept only one of four scheduled appointments with me. Two of those appointments were for the installation of complete home security system. Higher priority events "bumped" me off their schedule. Twice. They wasted a great deal of my time. Unaccountable and unprofessional. Big talk with great prices, but no action to back it up. "Unaccountable" includes the owner. I will never waste my time with this company again.

Sterling provided us a solution that meant he would not get a penny and it would save us hundreds of dollars. I can vouch for this man being one of those few people. He was at our location within 15 minutes from our phone call to him. He was courteous and a true professional. While he lost some dollars this time around by being honest, he has earned several thousands from us in future work I'm sure.
