Description of Work: We had a new roof with drip edge put on the house. The issues we had were (1)trouble getting called back when we contacted the office - I had to call twice a couple of times and (2) getting a date scheduled for the job. They are that busy. They did come before the main job to patch the area around the sanitary stacks where we actually had a leak and that was extremely helpful since we have been having a lot of rain. Overall work was highly professional and completed in one day. They took off the old roof and inspected for damage to the underlying structure (there wasn't any). They cleaned up everything and checked the area surrounding the house and the driveway for nails. The representative of the company whom we dealt with was Ed Torrez who is the president of the company. In spite of the communication delays I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: They came out said we had hail damage and would come back and take pictures for insurance company and never came back. We went with someone else and they took pictures the same day.

Description of Work: provided a bid for metal roofing. I really like these guys. But at the end of the day I selected another roofer due to price and experience with metal roofing. Had I chose to install a standard shingled roof, I probably would have selected them.

Description of Work: Had a confirmed appointment for an estimate on roof replacement for July 4 (which I found odd). Representative did not show and Stephens did not call back. Looking elsewhere....

Description of Work: Needed a complete roof replacement due to hail damage. On 6 June we called Stephen's and it was going to take two weeks to get an estimator to the house. We made an appointment for 24 June at 9:00am. The appointment time came and went and no one from Stephen's called or showed up. I missed a day of work and two weeks were wasted, no calls, apologies, and no one taking responsibility.

Description of Work: Roof repair from a critter which chewed into the wood. Area was about 2 feet long under a soffet. The repair had to be custom fit. Steven placed a metal shield over the area then secured it with another board to defer further damage. A beautiful job which was explained well. Erica had come out earlier to provide the estimate. She offered to take 'before' pictures which was very appreciated since I chose not to climb up onto the roof! I was advised that as soon as product was available, the work would begin. Within a few days, roof was good as new. Very professional/friendly/kept their promises re times! Love that!
