Steam Master Cleaning & Restoration explained to me the only way to guarantee getting dog urine crystals out would be to pay $150 extra for two gallons of cleaner for that one area. I had to call my builder out while they were there because water started leaking through my ceiling from my upstairs to my downstairs. My builder immediately came out and he said they were using entirely too much water. The guy from Steam Master Cleaning & Restoration insisted that it wasn't but it was saturated. That area smelled terrible. To be fair to them they did call me to offer to come back out but I'm not willing to have them come back out and put more water on the floor and having it come through my ceiling. At that point it could have damaged my ceiling. I cancelled with them but they did try to rectify it. My carpet stinks really bad. I feel disappointed and that I got messed over for the price. I wasn't happy with that. It was a little nerve racking to say the least.

Originally intrigued based on price / special promotion, however wound up buying more than I had originally planned on getting. Not a complaint! I believe they offered more in their services than others at the same price-point. Be aware however that like many a-la-carte cleaning services, a basic 2-room "Special" can quickly turn into a whole home cleaning. They were never "pushy" with additional options, but I still chose about $200 worth of cleaning I hadn't originally planned on getting based on my needs (the basic service was just a good vacuuming in my case and I wanted more based on pets.) First day they company called and asked if they could be late or arrive the following day based on crews being delayed at a previous job. Rescheduled for following day and crew showed up promptly. Treated my furniture, home and family with respect. Did a thorough job to include a few extras. Even left goodie bags for the kids when done. I'd recommend using them and will use them again.

Brett did a fantastic job. He took the time needed to do the job right - he did not rush to get the job done and move on. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and work ethic. When I got a quote over the phone, it was higher than I had expected. I had never paid for upholstery cleaning before. However I took a chance based on reviews here on Angie's list and had them come out. I am extremely happy with their service and I think the price was right on. It was hard work and Brett took care of everything! I will definately use them again in the future for all my steam cleaning needs, and Brett will be the person I request.

Jacob was on time and explained the service he was going to provide. He did a excellent job. He's done three jobs for us so far and we'll definitely request him in the future.

My neighbor referred Steam Master Cleaning to me and I'm so glad she did. I have 4 small children and the traffic patterns were becoming very obvious. Our home has a high-grade quality carpet and I wanted to get my entire house a good clean but wanted to stay in my budget. Logan came out and I told him what I was hoping to do. He went above and beyond and helped me get the most for my money. I walked him through my house and showed him my areas of concern. He got down on his hands and knees to smell the carpet and to determine what to do. He explained the possible solutions and then wrote up a detailed estimate. He helped me talk through the things that were most important and we came to an agreement on the work he would do. He first vacuumed my entire house with a commercial quality HEPA vacuum. He then spent his time in each room of the house steam cleaning and working on the problem areas. My house has 4 bedrooms, an office, living room, dining room, play room and stairs. He was here for approximately 4 hours. His attention to detail is FANTASTIC! My stairs look AMAZING! He was courteous, respectful and a very hard worker. I will definitely use Steam Master Cleaning again and again!!

When my son moved out, we decided to completely redo his old room. Unfortunately he left behind a variety of old stains on the carpet. I contacted Steam Master Cleaning to clean the carpet. They showed up on time and proceeded to tackle the challenging cleaning project. The technician took a good look at the carpet before determining the best cleaning approach. He spent an adequate amount of time to really clean and remove stains. The carpet looked 100% better after he was done. In fact it looks so good, it is now my guest room!.
