They did both bathrooms in one week. Two crews. I came home from a trip to beautiful work!

mr. gonzalez did a great job selling me me on Statewide Remodeling doing the work. Only comment I have is with the restocking fee of 25% to change my mind. i got sold on the project but had second thoughts about cost. Presentation was so good that i ignored my business sense and didn't take a day to debated it to myself. I was going to delay the project but that restocking fee of $5000 was too high a price that I was forced to pay to simply say "wait" not cancel. It's legal and rightly so to demand it but it is a bit high considering a great company should have no trouble using materials on another job. If I'm asked by a friend if I recommend Statewide I would have to relate my experience with them. Only reason I rate your company a four star,not five. Finish job gets a five star rating.

The project was scheduled and executed within a reasonable time. I was contacted when the supplies came in and was immediately scheduled for the work to start. Work took 3 days total. Installers were courteous and professional. Work completed to my satisfaction and results were awesome. Installers were careful to maintain my floors clean and were meticulous in wrapping up their work and making sure my bathroom was cleaned. Communication with the field supervisor and sales representative was reliable and prompt. I highly recommend this company’s service. Only thing I wish had been more reasonable is the cost of the project but I guess I should’ve been more firm while bargaining on the price and finance rate.

More expensive than we had anticipated.

All of the windows of my house were replaced. Big difference! House was built in the 70's so the original windows were still in place. Workmanship was fantastic. Have noticed a substantial energy savings. Currently Statewide, has been hired to replace my front door and the entire frame. I wouldn't have hired them if their previous work sucked. Their salesperson was knowledgeable and professional. The only reason I didn't rate them as a 5 is because I believe any kind of work always leaves room for improvement in some area. One window had come off its hinges and once I called, they sent a representative to see the damage and the window was fixed. Love their lifetime guarantee.

Had all the windows in my home replaced. Love the product and the installers were great. Do believe I paid to much for the windows. Would probably have spent more time researching before such a large project. Windows do look great and love the double hung feature.

The gentlemen that remodeled out bathroom were always courteous and on time. They always cleaned up the area they were working on at the end of the day. They were very patient with both my husband and myself answering all our questions and addressing any concerns we may have had. They completed the project ahead of schedule even though they came across issues they have never encountered while remodeling a bathroom (a gas pipe in the ceiling). We are very pleased with our new bathroom.

awesome work at an affordable price

my job is not completed. It has been a constant battle with this company. From the plumbing to the paint. They pulled my guys off my job and put them on other jobs. Now I am sitting here with paint not completed, insulation was not put back in the ceiling. Plumbers and electrician are supposed to come today (that is unless they pull them to do other jobs) I don't know why they are paying a job foreman, he has been useless. This company tries to cut corners at the customers expense. The tile guy Bill is fantastic - that is the only good thing I can say. I am close to reporting them to the BBB and the Attorney General for the State of Texas.
