Description of Work: While they responsiveness was good, the Big Deal didn’t coincide with services I wanted and I got the Big Deal refunded.

Description of Work: We have been trying to get them back to complete their work for the better part of a year with no success. The quality of their work was poor, they either didn't put on any sealant at the end of the service or certainly didn't put enough on as it began to wash away in the rain. They also promised to come back and fix a number of areas where the stain was uneven and they never did.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for 50% off complete epoxy flooring. I decided not to continue with the project after signing on and making a down payment. The owner refused to give a refund even though he had not bought the materials for the project. Therefore we went ahead with the project. The job was done fairly well, but punctuality was an issue on the first visit to do the job. He arrived 3 hrs. after said time. Stain tech was based in San Antonio which might have been an issue since the job was done in Austin.

Description of Work: Did not read the fine print, minimum project size was 250 square feet, we had approximately 200. Provider was willing to do the work, but would have charged the minimum project rate--an additional $125.00 or more, using the $2.50 per square foot rate.

After speaking w/the Derek at Stain Tech the cost of the job would be $1000.00 for a two-car garage. We are not able to do afford this at this time.

Description of Work: Originally, I was given an estimate from Stain Tec to paint/epoxy our 3 car garage. A very fair price was quoted. The cost included removing everything from the garage and covering the contents outside on the drive way. We live in a gated community so I wasn't overly concerned about things being left outside. The job entailed preparing (Acid Wash/Etching) the concrete floor and of course power washing the floor before anything was started. The next day Stain Tech returned to mix materials and paint the floor with a special mixture of paint and hardeners (epoxy). In the process "flakes" were added to the finish of the floor to give it an incredible visual appearance. Honest, I thought they were done, the floor looked spectacular. No, they let that it dry,set and cure and were back the next day to finish the job. A final coat of a urethane product and the floor almost "jumped off the floor"!! I mean it looked great. Of course, I kicked myself and told my wife "why didn't we do this years ago? Oh well, its fixed now. :) This turned out so good we asked for a quote on our storage facility at Isabelles European Day Spa on Rogers Ranch Pkwy and agreed to let Stain Tech do that job too!! Turned out Perfect. The next day I called Derrick Payne, one of the owners, and asked for and received a quote for a small job outside the county, up at Medina lake. Again the quote/price was more then fair, and the job was completed with the same level of expertise and professionalism as the first two jobs. The floors look wonderful and I only wish I had called them earlier. Oh, while they were here I let them stain a brand new fence that we had put up recently. Again, quick and more then fair.

Description of Work: Stain Tech epoxy sealed my garage floor as well as stained the new backyard fence. Extremely please with their service and professionalism. They didn't skimp on their choice of products and completed the work on time. On-Time and On-Budget.
