Everything went great! All the crews were very courteous and professional. Our house had several issues and Spartan was able to resolve all of them. We are very pleased with the results and definitely recommend Spartan!

We had a great experience with Spartan Exteriors when we had James Hardie exterior siding panels installed for our house. They were installed over the original plywood panels (using it as the substrate), which eliminated most of the potential demo (and the mess of demo!), and gave us a faster completion time. The crew took the right amount of time to do it right – I really appreciate this kind of professionalism. The crew showed clear knowledge and experience for properly installing Hardie products, which is key to a quality finish and long-term resilience. The entire crew had wonderful attitudes about the work and were easy to talk to when something needed to be discussed. The project manager supported the crew well, was very fast to respond when they needed additional materials. He checked in with me and the crew regularly, and pitched in to help when needed. We had some areas that presented challenges to the siding crew especially the walls behind our HVAC and city utilities equipment -- the crew did an amazing job installing around these items and still making the siding look great. All of the siding and trim work look really great and give our home a fresh new look.

This was a great experience. After vetting several other companies we chose Spartan. Dave and Jimmy were fantastic to work with. Great communication always following up on items. They replaces entire roof along with adding ridge vents to the house. They also put new siding on the fireplace chimney. After they left the site was totally cleaned up. Great work.

From start to finish, David worked with us through several scope changes and adjusted the contract as required. Jimmy and his seasoned crew made quick work of our old failing siding, installing fresh new Hardie siding, caulking and painting. This project involved a chimney and even when issues arose with the flashing, they quickly came out and made repairs. While here, they even cleaned our gutters. We will be using Spartan Contractors for the remainder of the house siding replacement in the spring and eventually replace our windows using them. We are very pleased, not only with the way our new siding looks, but the care with which they treated our property and landscaping. Thank you David and Jimmy and the whole crew! You folks are the best!

Spartan Contractors was really great to work with. They worked hard to get us a good price for all of the work we needed done. The subs were exceptional and Spartan provided continual oversight and great coordination to keep things progressing. They were always on time and quick and efficient. We had some unique issues with our roof and they came up with solutions that both fit our budget and the end result that we desired. We asked them to do a few extra inside framing things last minute, and they were able to accommodate without any issues.

Excellent customer service, professional staff, timely and responsive. Work was completed on time with no issues. Owner called 3 times since the work was completed to ensure everything was good. Would hire again!
