This company is very professionally run, starting with a quick and fair estimate that's easy to understand, frequent text updates to let customers know when their personnel will arrive, who those personnel are, and best of all the outstanding quality of their work is second to none. My 15,000 gallon swimming pool was 10 years old, with the water line tile discolored and the plaster faded and worn in several places. They cleaned the tile, removed old plaster approximately six-inches below the tile and six-inches from around returns, drains, and skimmers to allow room for the new plaster to blend in, then re-plastered the entire pool. The result is that our pool looks better then when it was new. And although they asked for 10 days to complete the entire job, we had a family issue that required it be done in eight. So they shifted their people around to accommodate us and were finished in seven. Thank you Wayne, Jay, Bryson, and all the guys that made our pool look new again. Matt assessed the problem with our pool pump and filter and told us how to fix the problem ourselves. He didn’t try to sell us on parts or repairs to be done by him. That saved us a lot of money. He was prompt. Came out when he said he would and called us when he promised. Jay was was involved with the issues by phone with Matt and then followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied. The work was messy and cleanup was not very good. The pool tile was placed crookedly, the staff person who did the work told us that he did not have very much experience. His manager, Wayne, came to see the end result and he didn't have a problem with his work. We ended up doing most of the cleanup in the pool, scraping excess materials off.

Excellent work. Pool looks so much better. We had pretty heavy hard water deposits along the waterline of the pool and on the spa. It was removed professionally and in a timely manner! Highly recommend!
