Description of Work: We had a fence put in; privacy, iron and ranch style, turned out fantastic! Also, they put in grass for our 1/2 acre lot. Anthony and team were very professional and worked very quick with outstanding workmanship. We will be using them again for some tile work and installation of a pergola.

Description of Work: We called this company due to the Angies list special they had advertised - it was stated as a dollar amt/foot of fence, they said they took nat'l credit cards. The initial telephone contact was poor, difficult to understand (the owner) and seemed not interested. He came to the house for an estimate within 24 hrs but the interaction was not great - wouldn't look at me and gave me a flat rate - when I asked about military discount (which they advertised), he quickly dropped it - another flat fee - I asked about the Angie's list special- - there was no response to that question - he asked for 50% up front - cash/check and said they did not take CCs. I stayed with him because the responses on this site were very positive as to the quality of the fence. He said that if his crew damaged anything in the yard to include water lines, it was my expense. I took the chance. They hit a sprinkler water line - and then called me to say they knew someone that would come fix it for an initial fee of $80 + materials etc. By that time I agreed - too far into the job. I asked the owner if the system worked after the repair - he said it was fixed - 1 mo later I found out that the backyard sprinklers had not worked at all because they cut all of the electrical lines also - it was not checked. The workers on the fence were good - the quality of the fence was good - they started the job earlier than they set up with us and finished late Sat afternoon - when I presented the owner with a check for the other 50% + the repairs for the water line - he was upset because it was not cash - this was not the arrangement and I was upset that he would not honor his original ad in Angies List to take credit cards - and No I would not look for $1500 cash late Sat afternoon. I realize I agreed to this job and regret moving ahead with this company.

+ -1 moreI would not only use this company again, I highly recommend them. I called to request a bid and Anthony came out that evening. I believe that was a Wednesday. We arranged for Saturday to do the repairs. He showed up, a little bit late but I'd planned nothing else for that day so it wasn't a big deal. They got to work and did a great job! I am very pleased with his, and his partners, work. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a good experience.
Description of Work: Anthony repaired two sectons of my fence, straightened my neighbor's fence and built a new gate.

+ 0 moreCalled South Texas fence for an estimate. They came right over and we made a deal for a new fence to be installed and old fence to be removed and hauled away. Workmen arrived on time and worked hard. The position of the fence at the bottom of a fairly steep hill added to difficulty factor, but they got the job done and did a nice job. It took them two days of hard work in August. I am pleased with the results. The area was cleaned up nicely and old materials were hauled off. The only minor complaint was that there were a few small things to be completed the following day and I had to wait for a while for the boss to get there and complete them. Overall, a nice job and the crew were hard workers and polite.
Description of Work: Tore down old wooden fence and replace with a cap and trim/wire fence. Hauled off old fence.
