Did very clean work. He masked off the fireplace with a rubber drape, then used his shop vac to vacuum out the ashes. No ashes escaped into the living room. The back firebox wall has cracked mortar and needs replacing to prevent a fire. Then he went up onto the roof to inspect the chimney and took pictures of the roof, chimney, cap, and chimney itself. No repairs needed to the chimney but will return to replace the fire place back wall

the job needed was reviewed and it seem like alot of work however when they started repair they were done in 45 minutes. To expensive for the quality of work and i would not hire them again

I would not recommend this team for the repair or replacement of direct vent fireplaces. The staff were always pleasant but were unable to correctly fix or repair the existing direct vent fireplace. I was also told the final product would vent outside but I would not and created, what I am told, an unsafe home. They did give me a full refund but am returning to remove the gas line they installed for safety.

Texted 30 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way. Wore a mask for COVID protection which I appreciated since he was going to be in my house. I wore one also. Thorough job of cleaning the firebox and sweeping the chimney. Prepped the area with drop cloths and barrier around fireplace beforehand. Took pictures and showed me what he saw. Got on the roof to inspect the chimney. Explained everything he was noticing and what needed attention. Took pictures and videos of where the roof meets the chimney. Roofers did not apply flashing when the roof was replaced several years ago causing water to be directed towards the chimney instead of away and off of the roof. Rain seeping into the chimney and dripping into the fireplace from this morning’s rain. Very professional. I felt confident to hire the same company to do the needed repairs. Detailed estimate was very clear. Repair scheduled for the same week. Ray went into the attic to make sure there were no leaks from chimney. Would definitely recommend to others and in fact have already done so.
