We were promised a Rebate and never received it and I paid for 120 % of Solar and not receiving it.they are not truthful with you.

Last we spoke on our quality assurance call in September and in May 2021, you said the install was great and you were saving money with your solar panels. After speaking on the phone with you just now, we understand you’re upset about the “tax credit” and that you were expecting a “tax rebate.” We are sorry for the confusion. We would have been happy to come to some resolution with you had you not hung up. Based on your monitoring system, your solar panels are working very well. Solar edge pros did an excellent job installing my solar panels and made it very convenient for me through out the process. They handled all aspects of the install in a professional manner to include any and all HOA/CPS paperwork (red tape). When I visited their office they made me feel like a special customer as they recognized my Prior military service and Offered me an incentive. Mando and his crew are courteous and professional with plenty of experience. They are very easy to interact with. Even After 4 months with my solar panels they continue to check up on them to make sure all is in working order. I couldn’t ask for more. I highly recommend Solar Edge Pros.
