+ -1 moreGot charged 130 for back and front porch. One guy came out and used the hand washer for three hours. In the photos you can see how it didn't cover the area properly and left behind lines. The sprayer also hit my garage and stripped the paint off the bottom. There are also spots that are visible on the edges. The worker said he didn't use the machine because he forgot the key needed to get it off the truck. He told me he didn't want to drive back to the office and get it which is why he used the hand washer. It's been a month and the person on the phone keeps giving me dates and times and no one ever shows up. This has happened four times already. Now they are just saying they will call me back. The owner straight lies about coming out and has no intentions of fixing this. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAY AWAY!

+ -1 moreContractor did not show at scheduled time. I called and left an message 1 hour after my scheduled time to cancel. Contractor called me back an hour later (2 hours after my scheduled time) and left me voicemail saying that he and his partner tried calling me several times that morning to confirm my appointment. I did not receive one phone call from them, nor did I have any missed calls. I do no appreciate people that waste my time and lie to me. Horrible customer service.

+ -1 moreHorrible, I ended up having to clean up the huge mud mess he made and putting my stuff back that he moved, he couldn't even do that.
Description of Work: Deceptive advertising and horrible service. Paid $35.00 as part of a $99 deal for 20 windows. when he showed up he had mud all over his boots and tracked it all over my front porch and driveway, andhad no booties to cover his shoes. He advised that a pane is considered a window. So a double window would count as 4. I have double hung windows so figured windows would be washed from the inside, but was told that only the outside of the window is done. Also, many of my windows are 2nd story windows and he advised it would be extra for that. I told him that on the Angie's List advertisement, it indicated 2nd floor windows were covered. He blamed Angie's List for the advertising being wrong and then advised he didn't have a ladder that would work. So he ended up cleaning the outside of 2 windows on my porch, and after he left I looked at the screens and they were filthy. He didn't use any water, just a cloth and they were not even close to being clean. Also, he advised if he cleaned a sash, that was extra too. A very unprofessional business with nothing but excuses on everything. He should be paying the $35 back I paid him, and I don't think I can trust Angie's List if this the type of individuals allowed to false advertise.

+ -1 moreThe first appointment had to be rescheduled due to rain, but the owner forgot to put me in the schedule and I didn't find out until I called on that day at the latest time to see if they were still going to show up - so my appointment had to be rescheduled again. The second reschedule worked out better than the first, however, when I booked with Angies List, there was no mention that for 2nd story windows there was an additional charge - since I didn't have them wash 20 windows, I told the owner that I really didn't think I should be charged anything additional and we agreed on that.
Description of Work: I took advantage of a special on Angies list to have up to 20 exterior windows washed.

+ 0 moreHired Skywater Company to pressure wash my sidewalk and windows. After we got alot of rain my sidewalk was covered with algae. It looked brand new when JC was done! He moved plants out of the way to ensure he got every inch. He was fast and efficient. Would use again. Also cleaned calcium deposits from my windows.

+ -1 moreSkyWaters workers power washed my fence which I had stained about 10 years ago and then a few days later came back and applied stain/sealer to it. The fence turned out beautiful, I thought some dark spots were going to show through but they didn't, the fence had an even color throughout just as it did when I first stained it ten years ago. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking to get his type of job performed.
