Stay away from Willis Ranch at Sitterle Homes!!! Worst experience in building a home with them. So many hidden fees throughout the process, as well not completing the home in the projected finish window. Sitterle is just a profit driven company that never valued me as a client. Very expensive HOA at $245/monthly and very high Ernest Deposit upfront!! Don’t make the same mistake I did.

They build a fair number of homes and they are a reputable builder in San Antonio. He is an excellent builder. His price is on the expensive side, but the quality is excellent.
Description of Work: I used Sitterle Homes. They built my home. I used him for a second time.

Sitterle built my semi-custom garden home in the Amorosa subdivision of Cibolo Canyon. I think their prices are a little high, but they are really giving you a quality product. The sales professional, designer, and building supervisor were all outstanding. The building supervisor is the best I've ever worked with -- he really took care of me and made sure that everything was right - if I had complaints he was very good about fixing the issues. The tile sub they use is also very very good. This is my second Sitterle home and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

While searching for builders in the area we came upon Sitterle Homes. Very impressed with their workmanship. and quot;Do it right the first timeand quot; quote from the builder we met. They even have house rulesposted on doors for the subs working the homes - therefore the house are super clean all the time. Unfortunately they are a very high priced builder but believe they would be worth it. Would consider building with them in the future.

I have been very pleased with my experience with Sitterle.
Description of Work: Bought a new construction home from Sitterle Homes in Round Rock, TX. They were a good company to work with during the negotiation phase and during the closing. Moreover, once we moved in, theu were very responsive to our 'touch up' items as they came up. Now that we've been in he home for a year, we had it inspeced by a professional inspector. There were no major issues that came up during that report, just touch up items.
