Great, they did a few small updates at no charge, had the entire family out and everyone helped the cleaning up process. I've nothing but good things to say about this company. Hire them and get a family run and family serviced company.

It went well as promised.

Came out and provided estimate within 24 hours after being called. Price was just a little too good to be true compared to other bids. Called the City to verify his license, BINGO, no license to be a roofer or any other trade for that matter. When asked how he's doing roofing contracts without a license I was told he worked under his brother's license of a different company name however, the contract your signing is with his company(Silverado), not his brothers. Was told by the City that the contract name needs to be the one licensed. He also brags about not using subcontractors when he's a sub for his brother? He also wants you to sign a waiver of liability (because he's not bonded) for any damages to your property while he's working on it and that any warranty will be void if any other company looks at or works on any work he has done. Hmmmm Too many "issues" about this company don't add up and if something unexpected should happen, I predict a Pandora's Box event.

With the recent heavy rains, we discovered we had a leak on the roof around a skylight. I needed to have the roof repaired quickly since we have our house for sale on the market. The day I called Manuel and explained our situation, he came out that same afternoon and provided an estimate. I had two other companies take a look at it as well and in the end decided to use Silverado Roofing. Manuel provided a very detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done, warranty info, and by far had the best price. I was able to get them here quickly to do the work, and they did a great job. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Mr. Garcia arrived on schedule and provided us with a detailed estimate of cost as well as amount of time it would take to complete the job. He listened to what our concerns were and put our minds at ease about the work that was to be done. He was never pushy nor demanding when it came to what he was going to provide for us as far as repairs. Mr Garcia and all his employees were very courteous and professional. They promptly cleaned up after themselves when the work was finsihed. Mr Garcia spent extra time insuring all aspects of the repairs were done in a above standard manner especially when putting the shingles between a above grand deck and the roof. Mr. Garcias
