Impressive! Professionalism was through the roof! Got a call when I was on the line with the first company, who gave a higher price than Shine without seeing the property. But right away, Bryan asked if he could come over, measure and give a free estimate. He quickly assessed our gutters, gave a fair price, and a military discount I requested. He said they would come over today, the day of my request on Angie's List, and they came over promptly at 3:00 p.m. I heard how thorough they were, getting up on the roof, cleaning out the leaves and black debris. Didn't even have to check their work before they left. The sounds of cleaning were echoing so loudly that my little miniature Schnauzer-Poodle mix (Schnoodle) was protesting, ruff! ruff! Get off my roof, stop that cleaning! Usually, we have to haul away debris left in bags when a company cleans our gutters! "Not this time," my husband exclaimed! "Wow! they even bagged and took away the debris." There was just a little residue that had fallen on the side and in the brick pan at the end of one gutter, but nothing to write home about! It's normal when they are that dirty, and it washed away easily afterward. They tell you what they're going to do, and promptly, thoroughly, and fairly execute.

Very professional and thorough. When I pointed out a couple of window tracks that they missed cleaning, they immediately got on it and rechecked all the tracks to make sure they got them all. Will hire again.

Joshua was our contact. He is professional and promptly provided a written, fair estimate for cleaning our gutters. Further he noticed our roof needed to be swept off and included that, as well (we are temporarily living in another state.) His staff did a wonderful job. We could not be more pleased.

Ryan and helper were professional and friendly. They wore masks and remained aware of distancing and safety measures. Their work was excellent. They cleaned windows inside and out and power washed the sidewalks and driveway. Hard working, respectful and paid great attention to details. I highly recommend them. The crew was very accommodating and addressed all of my mom s questions.

Dan the owner was very professional AND showed up wearing a mask during this COVID virus. Other competitors did not. Price was also better than competitors. The crew Ryan & Taylor were wonderful, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I asked a lot of questions and had them go back and double clean an area and no smirks or frown from them. We will book with them once a year going forward. They cleaned inside and out as well as the screens. Hadn t had windows cleaned in 20 years.
